    When I bought Photoshop, I downloaded the software on my laptop, which no longer works. I want to transfer in my office. I have no more drive. How would I go to do this?

    You can certainly install on your desktop. Just make sure you have the serial for Photoshop key or any Adobe product, else the app will move into the trial.

    You can download most applications old Adobe from the link below.

    http://www.Adobe.com/downloads/other-downloads.html

    Its a one-stop-shop for the installers for the old Adobe products.

    Hope that helps!

    With iTunes Sync Photo, you can copy the albums selected to your library of Photos of the iPhone or the iPad.

    See: Sync photos to your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in iTunes - Apple Support

    But this method is available, if you use not iCloud photo library on your mobile device.

  • Is there a way to merge the bookmarks on my old pc with those on my new pc? (PS: I have unable connect to the old pc using old profile but can access the profiles folder).

    My profile on my old laptop has become corrupted and I can't log in with my regular account (admin). I would like to add and merge bookmarks former firefox to another laptop, which already has existing bookmarks. I can not simply copy and paste the profile folder as this would crush my existing bookmarks and settings. Unfortunately, I have not set up the sync on this browser feature.

    Unfortunately, Firefox doesn't have good tools to merge and dédupliquant bookmarks. I will propose a roundabout way to do. Here's an overview:

    (1) create a new profile Virgin (#3) in your current Firefox (see details at the end)

    (2) while using the #3 profile, restore a file in JSON format to backup your old (#1 profile) system (see restore bookmarks from a backup or move them to another computer)

    (3) export bookmarks restored to an HTML element in a perfect location, with a file name unique format (see Export Firefox bookmarks to an HTML file for backup or transfer bookmarks)

    (4) exit Firefox and is reactivated in your normal profile (profile #2)

    (5) file bookmarks import as HTML (see import bookmarks in HTML file)

    (6) create a backup in case something is not going to step 7 (see restore bookmarks from a backup or move them to another computer)

    (7) rearrange bookmarks in the folder of imported bookmarks (see https://support.mozilla.org/kb/use-bookmarks-to-save-and-organize-w...), possibly using an add-on deduplicating

    Create a new Firefox profile

    A new profile will be your plugins installed by system (for example, Flash) and extensions (e.g., security suite toolbars), but no themes, other extensions or other customizations. It should also have databases of completely fresh settings and cool a cache folder.

    Out of Firefox and start in the profile using Start Manager > Search box (or run):

    firefox.exe -P

    Do not delete anything here. Any time want to switch profiles, exit Firefox and return to this dialog box.

    Click on the button to create a profile, give it a name like OldBookmarks and skip the option to change the folder. Then launch Firefox in the new profile that you have created.

    You are ready to return to the new profile and create export to HTML format.

    When you return to the Profile Manager, you might be tempted to use the button to delete the profile. It's a little too easy to accidentally delete your 'real' profile, so I recommend you to resist the temptation. If you don't want to clean up later, I suggest to make a backup of all your profiles first in case something go wrong.

    OK and blows up you for not using the youtube converter. If you have an amazon account, you can go there and download it program of music and then buy the songs, or if you have an account log Msn on that range from music and then I think that you need to download a program by them I don't know, but do any of them. :)

  • Is there a way to globally disable the cache of Firefox?

    I run a computer lab with several linux PC (Ubuntu LTS 14.04 / latest version of Firefox). The users homedirectories are located on a file server central and limited by a diskquota. Unfortunately, Firefox takes an important part (if not all) of this quota with its cache. Is there a way to globally disable the cache?

    EDIT:
    Add the following lines to /etc/xul-ext/ubufox.js helped...

    Pref ("browser.cache.disk.enable", false);
    Pref ("browser.cache.disk.smart_size.enabled", false);
    Pref ("browser.cache.disk.capacity", 0);

    I want to import my favorites from chrome to my firefox browser. So I followed the steps below.
    Firefox > bookmarks > show all bookmarks > import and backup > import data from another browser
    Showing that "no program that contain bookmarks, history or password not found."

    I tested it manually. First, see this topic bookmarks import / export to export bookmarks from chrome in HTML. Then, see html-bookmarks-import to import bookmarks.

  • Is there a way to automatically fill bookmarks and folders of bookmarks in the toolbar and menu for a consistent view?

    The separate group of bookmarks in Firefox in the toolbar, Menu and does not sort, I always found it cumbersome to use and manage. The search for bookmarks often means I have to open each one to find a specific bookmark. I am aware of the show all bookmarks in bookmarks option > drop-down Menu (but isn't in the bookmarks bar). I know how to copy the bookmarks and folders etc. but it is hard to do every time I have bookmark. And if I add a new bookmark folder and want a consistent view, I need to copy this folder in the Menu or eitherToolbar and copy the new bookmarks in the toolbar or the Menu as well.

    Is there an add-on or option or other alterative that exists to provide that kind of capability?

    If not, maybe an adding future functionality to Firefox to eventually change the vision presented in the bookmarks bar and Bookmarks Menu so that they match and can be activated by a new option of FireFox "change the bookmark view show merged Bookmarks Toolbar + Bookmarks Menu bookmarks and folders of bookmarks in the toolbar and menu.

    Thank you very much!

    After a few edits, I found a way to accomplish what I want, and fortunately, it can be done in the application of Firefox without needing an add-on.

    I simply copy the bookmarks unordered top-level in the top-level bookmarks toolbar and the bookmarks Menu of top-level. This, combined with the convention to add all new bookmarks in the folders under Unsorted Bookmarks or Unsorted Bookmarks, provides the unified content bookmark I want across all views bookmark 3 (Unsorted, Menu, Toolbar).

    From the library page (grown by selecting from the menu of Firefox bookmarks bar > show all bookmarks), if I select Unsorted Bookmarks, copy and paste into the bookmarks toolbar and paste in the Menu bookmarks, this is what I want. I actually created a symbolic/reference/shortcut link to Unsorted Bookmarks the other two favorite places can be found.

    With Unsorted Bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbars and bookmarks Menu, any add/remove bookmarks or add/delete records or restructuring of the bookmarks under Unsorted Bookmarks directory tree is also immediately reflected in all 3 of the possible locations of bookmark (Unsorted, toolbar, Menu).

    The design and implementation of bookmarks supports this simple solution, so Bravo for designers and coders for built-in extensibility / generality which support this approach. And thanks for the posters for giving me some background and history on the bookmarks in Firefox, motivation me digging to find this solution which is quite simple and elegant.

    Thank you!

  • Is BlackBerry Smartphones there a way to transfer standard, pre-loaded, notifier sounds of my Curve 8900 to my lamp?

    Is it possible to transfer sounds standard, pre-loaded, notifying my old Curve 8900 to my new torch?  I am looking for Notifier_Greeter and Notifier_Lucid, in particular.

    I found the answer myself!  YES, there is, and it's the best way to do this that I've seen on any advice!  Download them all for free here: [link removed for administrative review] I saved the file to my PC for security reasons.  Then I sent the tones I want my BB, open the files, and they have installed on their own.  Wahoo!  I'm a happy camper!

  • Dear Sirs, I would like to transfer my bookmarks from IE to Firefox, but when I click on the file drop down window has no import in there. Assistance would be appreciated.

    It was supposed to be a simple operation, lol. I tried right click and left click everything to nothing does not.

    The import function is not on the main menu. In Firefox, you should go to bookmarks-> show all bookmarks, or press ctrl + shift + b. In the toolbar of the signet library, there is an import button that allows you to import from other browsers.
