  If you have not yet done so, it may be useful to update your iPhone and Apple Watch for the latest versions of software (currently 9.2 and watch OS 2.1 iOS).   I recently like millions out there I've updated my Apple Watch to watch OS 3. Today noon 15/09/2016, I noticed that when I raised my hand/wrist to wake up screen Apple Watch it flickered once. I did this action several times to confirm that I clearly understand what was going on. I started to solve the problem, powered off/on power the Apple Watch. Issue continues. I did a reset on the Apple Watch hold the button of the Crown and the power at the same time until the powers of the device and restart. This action eliminates the problem. Apple Watch works as expected, screen flicker stopped when hand/wrist is triggered and screen Apple Watch wakes up to the top. Unfortunately, after some time between 2 and 3 hours of new screen flickering starts. I did some digging online but have not encountered this problem. I realize that the watch OS 3 has only been published days before so I wasn't expecting to fall on part.

  My question: is this a known problem that will be patched with an upcoming release or I'm the first to report this problem? Any information would be much appreciate.

  For some reason any starting today, I just noticed that I can not switch on customized on my Apple Watch calendar alerts.  When I set it to 'Custom' instead of 'Mirror my iPhone', the button "View alerts" is green, but all the other calendar settings are turned to "Off" and when I go to turn it on, it's like the button to toggle them is stuck and won't turn on.   However, the custom options are most useful when you want to receive notifications on your watch unlike how the calendar offers them on your iPhone.

  It can help to choose my iPhone mirror. Depending on the configuration of your iPhone, your watch can then provide calendar with audio and vibration alerts (even if the vibration is not included in your iPhone for the calendar notification settings).

  Also check your settings of the iPhone for each type of notification of calendar:

  -On your iPhone, go to: settings > Notifications > calendar.

  -Enable all options for each type of alert, including the choice of a sound (although this will not change the type of sounds on Apple Watch).

  I see a weird behavior with the OS3 timer app Watch: when the countdown is reached, I get the usual "done timer' screen with the bell sounds and the haptic feedback. I type the 'Stop' and stop the alerts. So far so good, but after 1 or 2 seconds, an alarm goes off saying "COUNT_DOWN_TIME_REACHED". Of course, I know that, I just rejected in the clock application so why also the notifications of alarms app? This never happened in OS1 and OS2. Is it supposed to be a 'novelty' for OS3? Is it possible to disable it?
