  You are unable to download any version of Windows.  You must contact the computer manufacturer that built your computer and install Windows 2000 on it to see if you can get a copy of their share.  I highly doubt you will be able to because Windows 2000 is entirely not taken in charge since 2005.

  Yes, make sure that it is the same material and the same service pack.  Just google XP SP - x and at home.  Since the computer came pre-installed, you need the OEM version.

  Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.
