The Acer recovery management will not run on switch 10
By the switch of my Acer 10 owner's manual, there are steps proposed to "create a backup recovery" and a "driver and application backup. But the Acer Recovery Management will run. When I click on Acer recovery management application, I get the screen of the security clearance. I click on "OK" to continue. Nothing happens. I tried several times. I also tried to run as an administrator without success. I have a 32 GB flash drive ordered. Is the flash drive must be inserted into the switch 10 for the application to run? If not, what am I doing wrong
You must insert the USB pen to perform recovery management, either by the way, if the Acer recovery management does not work, you can use windows built-in recovery.

Adobe Download Manager has stopped working. This is the message I get
I still use google chrome with my Windows Vista PC. Usually plugin chrome automatically updates the latest version of adobe flash player. Sites, I will say that I have to update and head for the download of adobe. I deselect Mccaffee and then try to download. I have to Save it and then click on run, etc., but the installation stops with a message that "Adobe Download Manager has stopped working" and then another message "I want to report to Microsoft", etc..
I have
tried several times to install but I can't. I called Microsoft and they offered the Adobe phone number. (I always use my webrootsecure but I disabled it once to see if it would help the download/install new update of adobe Flash Player, but that did not work either) I don't have all the cover or subscription from Microsoft at the moment, btw.
(I even know the category in which post this question)
If Chrome Support/updates being arrested was not involved in your original question of Flash Player, that's what I would have advised you to do.
Download and run the Flash Player uninstaller program.
http://helpx.Adobe.com/Flash-Player/KB/uninstall-Flash-Player-Windows.html
Then download and install Flash Player; After unchecking installing Chrome and Google toolbar option:

If the problem persists, you may want to ask in the Forums of community Flash Player:

See you soon.

I use ff4 beta3 on a Win7 PC, this problem appeared in the beta 2 release.
Some extensions still work very well: Adblock plus, NoScript,.
Others appear in the menu of the hull, but aimless: video download helper, Ubiquity (a small rectangle behind the arrow in the menu right-click) and no longer work.
Updated extensions via the button in the gui management either dosen't work.
This problem is permanent. I don't think that there is a problem with some extension, but I could be wrong. I had installed about 30 extensions, many have been disabled.
Thank you very much
Andi
Beta 4 is already available (24 August): http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html
Beta 5 will probably be released next week: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases/Firefox_4.0b5
You can delete the files (extensions.sqlite, extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini) extensions.* and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry. New files will be created if necessary.
See "extension corrupted files": http://kb.mozillazine.org/Unable_to_install_themes_or_extensions
If you see disabled extensions are not compatible on the next departure in "tools > Modules > Extensions" and then click "Find updates" to do a compatibility check.

Acer Recovery Management does not load! Anyone know how I can fix this please?
Hi - I have an Aspire E5 - 511 laptop with Windows 8.1, 64 bit.
Although Acer Recovery Management icon shows in the Applications and open the window to allow changes to my computer, after a few blue swirls that briefly Flash on the screen and disappear more nothing happens! What is the solution please - I do not understand why it does not load?
I guess when I did the initial USB recovery for this laptop about 7 months ago, it did not automatically a copy of the drivers? It is that now when I need to wipe my hard drive that I have reflected on this process and find out from one of the videos that there is an option to create a backup of drivers. I need to know I have everything backed up and available for restore, and I can count on the Acer Recovery Management to be there program to do!
I'm very much a novice user and find it all very confusing - please help!
as JordanB said, the recovery USB key you created was all, so no need to create a backup of drivers.
If you want to create another USB recovery media and Acer erecovery doesn't work, you can use the USB windows media authoring tool, it's the same Acer erecovery use.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/create-USB-recovery-drive
by the way, if your HARD drive is always okay, with all the original scores, you can reset - reinstall windows without the need to support USB. just press ALT + F10 at startup and it will start the process erecovery.

Microsoft Picture Manager has stopped working, I faced this problem two previous hours.when I open programs view massage on screen photo managrt has stopped working
Hi Araud,
What programs do you speak? Remember to make changes to the computer before this problem?
This problem can occur because of no present conflicts of Microsoft programs on the computer, I suggest you try the following steps:
Step 1: Put the computer to clean and test start
Follow step 1 in the link below,
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135
If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.
Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.
After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.
Important: n ' forget not the computer to start normal follow step 7 in the link.
Thank you, and in what concerns:

ePower Management and update of Windows 7 (March 12, 2013)
Has anyone else had a message of compatibility for the ePower Management with the latest update of Windows 7. Acer response was to send the laptop... Right.
Acer is aware of the issue that has been reported and has worked with Microsoft on a resolution. The link for the update should work now, however, you may need to restart your system for the update to install correctly. If you're still having problems, Acer has posted these updates on our site for download. You can find a link to download updates to our support http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29568article. Imen quite so much as the title, when I try to put my computer to sleep the screen turns off but the computer is still running. My computer is a HP pavilion dv6 is a little more than 3 years. He used to do whenever a while, but now it's every time I try to pause. I'll close the top cover, but the fan still works, the hp on the lid logo light remains lit, and if I reopen it cover the power light is always on and the lights on the keyboard caps lock and wireless keys. The same actions occur when I try to put it to sleep manually (from the start menu). It does not at all I have to do another that now hold power, but even when I do nothing, it will stay here like this for awhile and then just turn off completely.
When it starts up, it gives me the options to start in safe mode or start normally, and when I am connected and it gives me the "windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown", I see that there is a minidump file in windows that has something to do with it. I tried to search for the file and the problem together, and then each separately, but nothing I've seen described really my problem, so I thought I should just ask on my problem.I read what made other people, changing advanced power settings, changing the media settings, etc. and did those things, but to no avail. It's not a huge deal, because I can just turn off my computer whenever I'm done with it for now, but I don't know if it's a bad omen for the future of my poor computer. So if someone could give me a hand with this point in mind, I'd be very happy. Let me know if provide more details (OS, processor, my favorite color, social security number, etc.) that would make it easier to solve. Thank youAlso, either by the way, if this is in the wrong forum topic, please let me know.If you use a wireless keyboard or mouse to your computer, these items can keep your computer enter standby mode automatically because they constantly send a signal to the system, thus preventing downtime. An optical mouse (that changes color) causing a similar problem.
