  Click on the square of four broadsides at the right end of the tool options and choose Reset tool.

  You can make a border on the inside:

  1. Duplicate your background layer.
  2. Use the cookie cutter on the duplicated layer.
  3. In the layers panel, use Ctrl + click to make a selection of the shape.
  4. Use the Edit tool... Related to apply an interior shot of your desired width & color.

  Unfortunately, there is a bug in the "Outside" option that cuts off a part of the race.

• Newbie needs help with cookie cutter in PSE8

  I'm new to PSE8, the cookie cutter tool and work with layers, what I need help with to accomplish what I want to do.

  I want to use one form of cookie cutter to make several 'holes' in an image, leaving a solid color background layer to show through. (Or another path, use the form of Cutter of biscuit as a solid 'rubber stamp' color to stop shape on the image in several places)?

  I opened my image in the editor and create a solid color fill layer, and then I select the shape of Cutter of biscuit that I want to use, for example a sheet.  Then I select the color fill layer, click and drag to create the sheet randomly somewhere in it.  When I release the mouse button, the window returns to the image and there is the leaf, locked in a box, in the color I want, on the image. I drag the box (leaves) to where I want it and click the green checkmark to accept. So far so good.  Here's the problem: in order to create another sheet on the image, I have to create another layer of fill and repeat the whole process.  If I try to use the same fill layer to a second sheet, the first sheet disappears.  I must be missing something very simple, but I can't figure out how to get out several sheets of a filling layer.  Also, I use a version without the constraint of the sheet because I would create several sheets of different sizes out of the fill layer as well.

  I would be grateful for any help or suggestion!

  Try the following:

  1. File > new > empty file - white
  2. Create a new layer, fill it red
  3. Create a new layer, fill it out of blue
  4. Access the marquee tool, drag the rectangle to the blue layer. You should see "ants in market". Press DELETE on the keyboard.  You should see red in the rectangular hole.
  5. Access to the custom shape (U) tool. In the form of culture library, select the heart shape black all and hang out on the blue layer. Press CTRL + left click the thumbnail of the layer of the capping layer for "mobile dotted." Hit delete on keyboard twice, and you should see red in the heart shaped hole.
  6. Continue with other forms.

  

• Frustration of cookie cutter

  I'm trying to set up my wedding book.  All I want to do is remodel pictures in ovals and circles.  I read all the previous posts on the use of cookie cutter tool and none of them makes no sense, or do the job! . . . For what I paid for this program, I can't believe I can't remodel just a picture.  There MUST be a way of doing things?  Whenever I use the cookie cutting tool I get this checkerboard baclground.  Please don't tell me it's transparent, because when I paste the image cropped on another picture, the Board still appears.  It is NOT transparent.  Can somebody at Adobe help me with this?

  Maybe it's that your workflow does not include the measures that are needed. Try the following, then please let us know how get you:

  1. Open the image, duplicate background layer, work on the background copy layer. Turn off the visibility of the background layer by clicking on the "eye" icon.
  2. Open the photo B and do the same thing.
  3. Work on Photo A, access to the tool cutter and biscuit in the options bar of the tool, in the libraries of the form, it is called "crop forms." Select circle shape - it's all black. Culture must be checked in the options bar.
  4. Drag the circle to embrace the content you want to keep. After you have posted, the selection will be on its own layer, Yes, with the checkerboard which means transparency. While remaining on this layer, press CTRL on the keyboard and left-click of the thumbnail of the layer. This will make the current selection, and you should see the ants around the selection
  5. Go to Edition > copy
  6. Open photo B
  7. Choose Edition > paste
  8. Position and resize the selection with the move tool. Note that the pasted privates will be on its own layer

• Cookie cutter new layer image disappears

  I have a graphic background. To that I added a few rectangles in laters separate, then the text in several layers, who went on the rectangles. Subsequently, I wanted a form of arrow. Pretty easy.

  I normally turn off cookies completely and then promotes 'Exceptions' for some areas. However, with the latest version of Firefox, even sites that are not in my list of Exceptions are able to set cookies.

  This was not the case with Firefox 3.6.X.

• Cannot empty cookies using Safari prefs or by going to my library files and trashing files either

  The operation of my computer has changed dramatically since Apple changed the material to this topic in June in the ship of a distributor service (under Applecare warranty a problem in the work of start button).

  I have several reasons to believe that my computer is hacked. In fact, the computer looks exactly like the one who starts today a server on the internet and is now totally out of my control... but for now I'm looking for a way to work around this issue of cookie.

  Not much can be done about it at the moment.

  Safari > Preferences > advanced

  Tick the box "Show develop menu in menu bar."

  Safari > Preferences > privacy > Cookies and other data from the website:

  Delete all cookies except those from Apple, your internet service provider and the banks.

• OptiPlex 360 drivers for Server 2003

  I have an Optiplex 360 that is running Windows Server 2003 and the video card was not all the drivers loaded for him.   With older drivers, there may be issues certificate which means that you will have to roll the return date / time and or install the driver in compatibility mode.  Drivers, DirectX and video and Audio services are DISABLED BY DEFAULT in Server 2003.   I installed 2003 server on my 360 and it worked very well, including drivers. But this is not cookie cutter out of the box.  You must enable the appropriate services before installing the drivers.  Drivers intel aren't addin video card drivers AND Chipset Drivers MUST BE INSTALLED first before anything. The forum is not a medium step by step for an end of an operating system on an unsupported platform.  Even microsoft paid a pension will not learn how to install the server on servers not drivers.

• Unable to renew the payment information - no help from adobe in 3 weeks

  When I try to launch PS CC, it is said 'license validation online status' and then a pop up that says I have to change my payment information.  Even after the update of the information available to me, I always get this pop-up.  After days of waiting for update - waiting - updated once again - I finally have contact support cat.  The first 2 times I contacted chat support (only support my CC plan offer unfortunately) they gave me the same response from cookie cutter.  They said that we have updated your stuff and it should be active within 24 hours.  It wasn't.  It isn't.

  So for the third time I contacted the support, and this time I was told that my case would be back since it was a technical problem and that I would hear technical support by email in 2 or 3 days.  After 8 days - still no answer - I went to my case management in my profile and left a message asking why do not have , I got a response and I really need this product to work because my job depends on it.  The answer for tell me that the delay was because my most recent survey updated the case that changed its priority.  wth.

  It was 3 weeks, probably more.  I can't get help to support cat.  I read a lot of this on the forums and some people seem to be getting help when they post here.  I hope someone can help me here.

    I've updated my payment method, my products will not always turn on. I waited a few days and tried to update a different card. In Wh it would not yet be activated, I contacted support. • A simpler method of dividing or clipping mask?

  OK, I'm back with a new question. Design to go on Tshirt

  NOT CE DESIGN, just example.

  Shirt color shows while creating lines in the gun (indicated by black background)
  

  Here I have a firearm on a locked layer black background. All the white parts of the pistol

  are their own forms, grouped. (so the gun rest the gun.)
  

  As you can see, with a pistol on the right, the black background (color of the shirt) shows

  by creating the outline of the gun.

  Now, I want to overlay of this indicator on the gun to fire at

  where it seems that the gun has a flag on this issue.
  

  

  Now here's a clipping mask. Yes it works, but for what I do. I can't have paths in the background

  that make up the flag. No extra charge no matter what, just the barrel and research as it has a flag. Clipping path

  method also creates a larger file. For screen printing on t-shirts, these additional lines of the invisible flag

  can cause a problem.

  

  Divide then works fine. I put the gun in the back, the flag on the front and divide. Then ungroup.

  In the image below, I've removed many of the parts of the Pavilion which were divided.

  However, then I have to hunt for the paths that I want to be transparent (so shirt shows through lines).

  It takes a lot of time. You can see that I chose a piece inside the drum of spinning, where the bullets are going inside.
  This piece is deleted, like many others, up to what the black shirt color indicates where to, once again.

  

  There must be an easier way to do it. So he superimposed the indicator only on the white of the forms that make the gun

  I now use cookie cutter method on all the models that I had.

  and it's considerably allowing a reduced file size.

  Mainly because there is only one group, which contains all the parts

  that make up the drawing.
  With the help of text and expand on the text damaged by arches, which had created grunge effects
