Issue of parameters or a bug in Flash latest version plugin (16.0.0.305)?

Intel Socket LGA 2011 | 32 GB of Ram

Windows 7 64 bit

IE 11.0.9600.xxxxx

Flash Player (Active X Version) 16.0.0.305

Description of the problem:

Right click video Flash, put into storage on the Site

Try to adjust the amount of storage site. PRIOR to the creation of the site to "allow" I was able to adjust the value, but which allows the site to store information, try to adjust the amount allowed AFTER freezing as mini pop up on the screen and will not allow the setting of the slider of the stored value.

The problem is related to our anti-clickjacking logic.

The dialog box is to come because you have defined a default setting in Flash (probably restrict the ability of sites to store local shared objects on your computer).  The best way to work around this problem is to simply get rid of the dialog box while allowing LSO.  You can do this by going to control panel > Flash Player > storage > allow sites to record information on this computer.

This command comes from way back in the 90s, when marketers were abusing the ability of Flash to track the behavior of the consumer by storing unique identifiers.  While this technique is still used to some extent, the HTML5 features and fingerprints on the server side far exceeded utility of Flash as a technology of follow-up for traders in ease and resilience.  So, while you can always disable the LSO on your computer, it offers very little in terms of privacy, in 2015, and it decreases significantly the experience of the user.

When you don't want to use Flash Player without accumulation of information that could be used later to follow you, use rather a your browser's private/Incognito browsing mode.  Flash Player is still allowed to store things on your computer (so the content works as expected with no degradation in experience), but it will in a temporary location that is destroyed when you exit the browsing session.

  • Bug in Flash CS5 - compiled Clips 3D rotation

I found a bug in flash CS5, I was wondering if anyone else had this?

This bug occurs in Flash CS5 creative compilation of clips that use the 3D rotation tool. It seems that if you attempt to convert a symbol that contains a 3D to a compiled clip transformation it will not work properly. What makes this problem worse, is that the error is not reported correctly and so it is almost impossible to debug.

    Steps to reproduce:

1, create a new empty project to AS3.

2, create a new symbol and call it 'sym1' place a shape of rectangle in it.

3, create another symbol and call it 'sym2' place 'sym1' inside.

4, now, while you are still editing sym2, select the instance of sym1 and access the 3D rotation tool - rotate 3d sym1.

5, now right-click on sym2 in the library and go to "convert clip compiled", note the warning:

«WARNING: 5002: image of the main timeline scripts have been ignored because a compiled clip contains a definition for fl.livepreview.LivePreviewParent.» To override the fl.livepreview.LivePreviewParent definition, place a custom in your classpath class file. »

As you can see this warning message does not describe the problem precisely. Unfortunately, it is easy to accidentally add a 3-d rotation to a symbol without knowing. This has been a major issue for us and we had to spend several days to track down the problem.

All I have this problem or knows how to get around it to allow a 3-d rotation compiled clips?

    * Update *.

I just had a similar problem with the new TLF text in compiled clips. If we try to convert a compiled clip that contains TLF text, it throws the following warning:

"WARNING: no library was linked as a Runtime Shared Library (RSL) because of your publication settings: compiled Clip.

    Thank you!

Update of the TLF text added.

The good news for you is that these two warnings are that: warnings. They are not errors, and both transactions must actually be completed with success, at least for the most part.

The warning that you get with the 3D used in a symbol that you convert a compiled clip definitely looks like a bug. What is happening there is that normally when we export 3D, we add some automatically generated ActionScript in the document implementation of the transform.perspectiveProjection level. When you export a compiled clip, it attempts to add this code to the class LivePreviewParent, which it cannot do, and is not really what you want anyway.

So the only real problem you get with the compiled clilps 3D, is that if you have ONLY 3D compiled clips (and not in any ordinary symbol) then the perspectiveProjection will not be configured correctly. The best way to solve this problem is to ensure that you have a FEW 3D somewhere onstage who isn't in a compiled clip. It might be something very small and simple, it is behind the scenes, it might even be something that is right on a frame and is a framework that you PLAY never really, but without some 3D that isn't a video compiled, you will not get the perspectiveProjection implemented correctly.

As TLF, which is not a bug and is a warning provided, although it is a little cryptic so apologies for that. If you click the parameters of ActionScript in the document PI button and go to the Library Path tab, you should see below near the bottom that the default binding is set to Runtime shared library (RSL), which means that by default the implementation of TLF will be downloaded when running as a RSL. However for the clips compiled at the moment the automatic download of RSL does not work, so if you make a video compiled with TLF, then eventually change this setting to be merged into the code, and this warning is just trying to tell you that.

It is a bit of a cause for concern, because the TLF library is not a small thing, and you would rather download it as an RSL. The RSL TLF is signed by adobe as a SWZ file, which means that flash player can cache in all applications that use it. So the idea is that, even if you download it as an RSL, it is unlikely that you really need to wait that he download, because the user has probably touched another site which he already used. So really it is ideal that if you can avoid putting TLF in compiled clips and therefore take advantage of the RSL, but if you can't, then everything should work well for you, you just a larger SWF file.

I hope that these explanations made sense!

  • Video playback issue with the latest version of Flash Player

I use an old version of JWplayer "5.10.2295" in a large number of sites and it worked very well so far. Since the last version of Flash Player is released the videos cannot be played a second time on any browser on Windows. It works fine for me on Mac - quickly tested in Firefox (every night) and Safari (latest stable).

Back to a previous version showed that everything was working fine before. I tried the last 13 and 14 of the archived Flash Player versions

This kind of question has already been reported? Any change in the upcoming beta that could solve this problem?

    Thank you

    Albert

This was bugs me because it was so weird.  I thought he must be a real problem.

I finally understood what I was doing wrong in trying to replicate that.  The bug is in fact linked to looking.  If you leave the game at the end, you don't hit this bug.

I filed this bug in your name and sent through to the engineering team:

  • Update Flash Player today to the latest version, 11.3.300.262, and now FB4.6 debugger do not work.

Title says it all.  I'm always up to date Flash Player whenever I get one of these dialog boxes 'Flash Player update now' when a new version comes out I say to myself that I would always have the latest version as I'm developing software with it.  However, while all other updates have never caused this problem today immediately after the update, I get this error when you try to launch my application through the IDE Flash Builder 4.6 with the debugger:

    error.png

When I select 'Yes' nothing is displayed in the console, and then I thought it was fruitless via another dialog box:

    error2.png

The copy of debugging always built and lance in my browser, but I just can't use my debugger more.  I tried to call Support technique Adobe on this matter on the phone, but after collecting all my information (including verification of that series was a play that I bought in fact), I was told that they couldn't help me unless I paid them more money - which is a little ridiculous since there was an update to adobe who broke it.

Basically, I'm curious if a) this is a known issue or not yet, and b) what I can do to make any return to work correctly short of reinstalling FB 4.6 (that is to say, can I downgrade Flash Player to that preceding the most recent update?).

    Thank you!

EDIT: I uninstalled flash player and was then a fresh re-install the latest version - still get the same errors.

EDIT 2: removed the Flash Player again and this time installed the last version Release, 11.3.300.257 - I still get the same error.  Maybe something broke up with Flash Builder.  I have yet to get all the answers, I'm just going to go ahead and reinstall Flash Builder.  Report back if that fixes it or not...

EDIT 3: Okay, so I uninstalled Flash Player and Flash Builder completely.  I installed the latest version of Flash Player once again (11.3.300.262), then the latest version of Flash Builder 4.6.  Always make the SAME MISTAKE.  I'll go home for now and come back in the morning.  Please, any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated, as I can't get any job without the debugger.

This is a known bug in Flash Builder 4.5 and 4.6.

It will be fixed in the next version of Flash Builder.

The workaround for Flash Builder 4.5 and 4.6 is to download the two 32-bit & 64-bit debug player.

  • Browser, warning that the latest version of Adobe Flash Player is unstable

    Hello!

I have the latest versions of Firefox and Opera and the latest Version of Flash from Adobe installed 18.0.0.203.

However, when I go to the Adobe Web site to test the Flash using each browser, both browsers block Flash, believing that it is unstable.

Since there is no more recent Flash update to install, it is a bug in the Flash software and is there a Flash release security problem and its operation on the two browsers?

I don't know the answer to 1 & 2.  Try to look on the support site for Firefox--> https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox

Your firewall is bypassed by this kind of exploit, and your antivirus provider probably has not yet developed the capacity of detection for exploits in question here, is why Firefox automatically blocks the Flash until Adobe fixes the vulnerability.

You can (and probably should) disable or remove the Flash in your browser: http://www.howtogeek.com/222275/how-to-uninstall-and-disable-flash-in-every-web-browser/

  • Bug in the latest firmware of phone spa3XX-5XXG 7.5.6 - cannot transfer anonymous calls

    Hi supports,

I found a bug in the latest firmware of the phone 7.5.6.

    Platform:

    Linux Debian Wheezy

    Asterisk 11.7

    2.11 FreePBX

Cisco phone model affected: SPA504G and SPA514G (I only tested these two models)

The question is when there is an incoming call with the anonymous caller id, after picking up the call, xfer and bxfer softkeys are missing. On the first page, only conf softkey (3rd place on four soft keys). After pressing the arrow to the right, it's the recomposition, dir, virgins (previously bxfer) and DND.

    TS has been done.

Tested with other brands of phones, yealink, snom and mitel, all workers.

Tested with firmware 7.5.5b, all workers.

Tested with the latest firmware 7.5.6, softkeys xfer and bxfer are missing.

I read the note to upgrade from 7.5.6 firmware and below:

CSCuh25063 The SPA5x5 phone has the ability to hide the softKeys Xfer/Bxfer after the initial configuration of the network.

Maybe it's related? pure conjecture. Does this mean that we should have the ability to display the softkeys Xfer/Bxfer? HOW?

I want to solve this problem as soon as possible. My clients are happy after demotion to the 7.5.5b. But if it can be fixed in the next firmware available, that would be great.

    Kind regards

    William Jin

    Hello Ryan,

Firmware 7.5.7 is scheduled for late February 2015. If anyone needs an immediate fix for this issue, we have a special genius which is based on 7.5.6a.

  • Impossible to install the latest version of Flash Player on Mac (OS 10.9.5)

Asked me to install the latest version of Flash Player on my Mac (OS 10.9.5). First of all, everything went as usual: I downloaded a disk image, called "AdobeFlashPlayer_22au_a_install.dmg", and when I click on that I get a "Adobe Flash Player Installer" on my desktop, as usual. When I click on this Setup, I see the "install Adobe Flash Player.app". So far so good, but when I click on that app install, the following window appears

    Adobe Flash Player_message.png

but there is no other window open (I rebooted my Mac and begun the process to the course, and I get the same message).

When I click on 'Finish', I'm brought back to the Web page to download the Flash Player installer (which is already on my computer).

Can someone tell me what could go wrong here?

    Thank you very much

    Thomas

    Hello

This window appears if you have multiple instances of the Flash Player installer open and a reboot would solve the issue, but since the restart has not resolved the issue may be that you don't have the correct update file. Could you open terminal and type md5 /Users//Downloads/AdobeFlashPlayer_22au_a_install.dmg and see if the value is 99e3ccf6bc343de051908066ea06248e.

If this isn't the case, then you do not have the good try Flash Player. Please download the get3.adobe.com/flashplayer.update/osx update file.

If the problem persists, please let us know.

    Thank you!

  • Latest version of Adobe Flash Player continues to ask 'Allow' and wont play videos

    Hello

Since the last update of Adobe Flash Player 17, I can't the videos that rely on to play more. Im running more recent Internet Explorer in Windows 7 and everything was fine until the last update of the flash a player couple of days.

The problem is that whenever I go on Youtube for example video is black with small high crosses on the left and at the bottom of the browser, I get the banner Windows me talking about plugins and especially Adobe Flash Player. And I have two options to permit or allow for all. However when I click on one of them the page just refresh and the banner rises again. Ive only been able to watch videos is to uninstall the flash player since at least Youtube works without him. Any site that depends on Adobe Flash Player will not work however. Still issue the banner asking me to allow the flash plugin that never goes away.

I tried to uninstall/reinstall several times without success. When I check the browser plugins I see active Shockwave/Flash.

I saw a post above by someone on this forum ask about it and the answer was that he had answered somewhere else, but unrelated. I can't find that post, so I would be grateful if someone could direct me to it. I thought that there was something wrong with the latest version of flash player (v17) because it has worked well for 1 year back when I installed Windows. It just stopped working a couple of days, at the exact moment before the new flash installed.

    Thank you in advance.

    / Alex

Something is misconfigured in internet explore.

First of all, check that the ActiveX filtering is configured to allow Flash content:

We push the latest versions of Flash Player the company using a suite of patch management. Is there a registry key or the specific file in the file system, which indicates that the version of Flash Player installed is the branch of the ESR and not the last branch?

  • Some web pages ask to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Why?

I use Windows 8.1 and 10.0 on different desktops and laptops, and I have the same response to certain web pages. I have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (19) installed.

(Shockwave) Flash Player is not among the list of Plugins that you have on your system, your system details more right of the post.

Note: the ActiveX of Flash Player for IE version only works in IE and not other browsers.

    https://www.Adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
Download Firefox completely Plugin-based browsers versions and then install Flash.

  • Plugin Checker Firefox reads Adobe Flash Player obsolete, even if the latest version (19.0.0.207) is installed.

I recently installed Adobe Flash Player version 19.0.0.207 to replace the previous version (19.0.0.185). However, when I ran the plugin checker, he says that Flash is outdated, still saying version 19.0.0.185. Then, I went into the menu Add on, you click on the plugins tab, scrolled down to Shockwave Flash and you click on more. He showed two files .dll, NPSWF32_19_0_0_185.dll and NPSWF32_19_0_0_207.dll.
Since the auditor think again that the 19.0.0.185 version is still installed, the plugin check tool reads the outdated Flash Player. There, someone can help me with this situation?

Good news! I closed the browser for a few minutes. Then, I ran again the update checker. This time, he read Flash as up-to-date. The old file, NPSWF32_19_0_0_185.dll, was removed from the list of plugin.

  • Why I can't install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player on Firefox 18.0.0.232?

I tried and tried to get the latest version of Adobe Flash Player on Firefox, but it won't take. Tried through update on the plugin page, tried through the Adobe Web site and still no luck. I listed 18.0.0.232 version on my desktop, but it does not appear on Firefox. Anyone has an idea why not?

You can download the 18.0.0.232 version here.

    Desinstaller.209 and then installer.232.
