"She hung the three hard drives to 9 from FCP, has opened the program from Premiere Pro and created a new project file. Then she dragged the files, .mxf per season per show in the Premiere Pro project file. To organize additional files in labels and others per show per season, she decided to redo the project file. She highlighted the files on the window of Premiere Pro and click on delete. She then tried to repeat the move but this time, the program could not read the file type extension. One of our Publisher checked raw materials of the external hds but unfortunately the files is no longer there. Our question is how it happened because according to her, there is no prompt that it will be deleted in the external source files. Please help so that we can avoid it in the future.   First does not remove the files. The option to delete files from the hard drive only appears when you perform offline files in the first project window.

  The editor is sure that she has deleted the files in the window of Premiere project and not on the hard drive itself?

  I connect to http://digitalpublishing.Acrobat.com/ and start the editor of Folio producer.

  Previously available folios are visible, but when I try to open them it freezes and finally the flash plugin crashes.

  This has been tested on a Windows PC (Dual Xeon, 8 GB of RAM, QuattroFX3500) as well as on a MacBookPro.

  I m generating a V24 Folio with IDCS6 and Folio Builder version - 12.4.2.20121112_m_705220 8.0.9.24

  but the sections options in dosen´t producer Folio Publisher able field to write. Any article let me write the name of the section

  Do I need to have all the complete metadata?

  Concerning

  If you do not activate the sections, you need not to add the metadata Section. If you have a folio v24, the fields in the Section must be activated in each article. If you have a folio v24 with older articles, update items in the Folio Builder Panel should allow the scope of the Section.

  Another thing to watch with the metadata Section. If you need to change an existing Section name, use thumbnail view, no view list, make the changes. A current bug causes changes in the area of the Section in list view does not stick.

• Producer of Folio, shared Folios and Content Viewer

  Forgive me if this response is posted elsewhere and after some research, I was not able to find an answer.

  I have several students folios sharing with me. When you have 30 students or more each semester sharing folios, it starts to add up!

  So, I was hoping that I could use the Folio producer to manage folios (which they shared with me) appear in my iPad content viewer application. I thought that I could check, 'Content Viewer for Web Only' down to the right of the window when I highlight the folio but when I do, the folio appears in the application of the content viewer.

  The number of folios in my content viewer application is unyieldy, and a few pages are not displayed.

  1. I use this feature correctly?

  2. is it possible to manage the folios, so I can keep to delete?

  3. If sheets appear not in the application of the content viewer, what that means is there is a limit to the number of sheets that can be viewed in the application of the content viewer?

  1. No, this feature is for something completely different (related to social sharing)

  2. not really. When they are in your account, they appear in the Adobe Content Viewer. This is what Adobe Viewr contained: to show you folios in your account.

  3. There is no limit. The folios are not displayed, probably means that they are not the right size for an iPad. They must be 1024 x 768 or 2048 x 1536.

  I did an ipad, Iphone format and sizes two folios. She could also have been a size Android. Shouldn't matter.

  I've updated everything to the PSD. Both are listed in the Organizer. All required fields are filled and I can hit the button release.

  So far so good, no errors. When I switch applications "publish", I see a list for my folio iphone and my iPad folio. But that's all.

  The question: what do you do when the folio is produced? Where the app does stuff?

  Also, when I'm in the organizer and open a folio, I do not see the pages, I see only a header that I can drag back.

  Update: OK, I got it. You must use jpg or png format, not pdf. This cannot be selected when you create a folio. The Panel that opens the 'default' format is defined in pdf format. You need to change this. Strange.

  Also, I work with a windows PC. With a paid account of CC.

  Any suggestion is welcome.

  If you use creative cloud you use not of all producer Folio, or do you not use "publish." Inside of InDesign, in the Folio Builder Panel, select your folio and open the context menu and select Create App.

  Note that as a CC customer, you can only build iPad applications. We do not support editing simple apps for the iPhone.

  Hallo,

  Yeserday afternoon I deleted my folio free edition Folio producer that I created in indesign.

  I have created a new set of folio in indesign and I can see from Adobe Content viewer well but when I go to the producer Folio I can't see one of my portfolio that I just created.

  It shows that I have no folio, please create one.

  I am very sure that I'm not working on the mode - I'm connected to the internet.

  He used to download the folio automatically on Folio producer after that I created one in indesign, but not more - even I try to refresh, connection.

  Please let me know where went wrong? or maybe there is a problem with the server producer Folio?

  I've updated Folio producer tools V26.

  Folio producer tools must contain the Office Viewer.

  But when I select "Vorschau" (overview) in folio Builder, I now get the error message: "Content Viewer Der Adobe® wurde nicht found." (content adobe viewer not found).

  Same error message with file / preview in folio.

  I have inexplicable my mac, I tried installing the process once more - without success.

  Get an overview on the iPad works great. On my android tablet, too.

  Someone at - there idea has what to do?
