  I'm working on my first multi-folio application (company account) and I built my folio and added items in the Folio Builder Panel in InDesign. Now I'm in the Folio Producer: Editor and none of my articles are appearing. The names I gave you every article in the article properties are there, but no thumbnail article.

  I connect to http://digitalpublishing.Acrobat.com/ and start the editor of Folio producer.

  Previously available folios are visible, but when I try to open them it freezes and finally the flash plugin crashes.

  This has been tested on a Windows PC (Dual Xeon, 8 GB of RAM, QuattroFX3500) as well as on a MacBookPro.

"She hung the three hard drives to 9 from FCP, has opened the program from Premiere Pro and created a new project file. Then she dragged the files, .mxf per season per show in the Premiere Pro project file. To organize additional files in labels and others per show per season, she decided to redo the project file. She highlighted the files on the window of Premiere Pro and click on delete. She then tried to repeat the move but this time, the program could not read the file type extension. One of our Publisher checked raw materials of the external hds but unfortunately the files is no longer there. Our question is how it happened because according to her, there is no prompt that it will be deleted in the external source files. Please help so that we can avoid it in the future.   First does not remove the files. The option to delete files from the hard drive only appears when you perform offline files in the first project window.

  The editor is sure that she has deleted the files in the window of Premiere project and not on the hard drive itself?

• What is the best way to update a folio produced by someone else?

  I need to update the files that have been created by someone else and have already been published in folio producer. The client gave me access to the folio via producer folio DPS.  What is the best way to get access to the InDesign via Folio Producer files? Or so I have to go back and get the InDesign files?   You cannot access the ID files by producer folio. I usually work in a dropbox folder so everyone on the project has access.

  I added a few items to my folio and it does not appear in the Folio Producer: Organizer. Why is this? I want to check it in the Adobe Content Preview application. Also, when check in the Panel builder folio; I can select 'Show in the cloud'and still appear in the page in question.

  • I have the professional edition, I would not be limited to the amount of folios, correct?
  • I built the folio v28 and just updated to v29. Are the updates do this?

  You are not limited in the number of folios with any account.

  Have you signed the Organizer to producer of Folio using the same Adobe ID allowing you to create articles folio in the Folio Builder Panel?

  We have designed our last journal edition and by default, it has updated the version 20. He showed at this stage in the organizer of producer of Folio of DPS.   What is your folio format? If it is in PDF format, unfortunately producer Folio does not show assets PDF for items.

  I created my folio in indesign CS6, then signed in and downloaded this folio to Folio producer. Once I go to the DPS producer Folio: Organizer article and open my folio to display content is empty. I have tried to do this many times and is exmpty every time.

  I shared a folio with a friend (IPAD2) but by clicking on on the link included in the email , Safari displays the message " Browser not supported " and my friend can not See the Folio with " " Adobe Content Viewer ."

  What is the problem ?

  You can unshare with someone you shared with, but what they have on their iPad will stay there. There is no way to remove it from a distance.

• Issue of PRODUCER: EDITOR FOLIO on...

  Why in the producer of Folio: Editor of folios that have interactive elements on the page are "missing" these interactive elements in the previews. Static content is visible.

  Interactive elements appear everywhere else and work, but I don't see them in the editor. How can I change that so I don't see a static overview of the whole page in the editor?

  It is simply the difference between our thumbnail to restore the native page content and not of overlays. If you must have the content visible, which is completely understandable, you can make a static picture of the State of recovery default InDesign content and then place the overlay on top of it.

  Our questions not being able to get an overview on android seem to be due to a problem with our producer of folio.

  Currently, we are witnessing only a single old folio in the producer, none of the new folios, we created this year are showing up in our producer.

  We tested the connections etc but we really only have one email associated with all our accounts DPS, and it was the only account we could managed to connect with. Even clicking on the option 'Producer Folio' in the folio builder Panel menu displays only this unique folio.

  During the creation of our folios, we have never checked the option 'create offline Folio '.

  What I've read, it seems that folios should be automatically downloaded to the producer. Is this correct?

  Outside the connection / credential issues is there anything that would prevent our fact sheets appear in the producer?

  (Certificates or implementation service or something like that?)
