• Coverage of the issue Image Viewer

  If I have a cover that is composed of a MSO, at least in part, how can I get the cover image in order to correctly display the cover image of the problem in the Viewer? Currently, the Adobe Viewer displays an empty box for the cover of my issue. (see below) We are in the pipeline to register for the professional of DPS. Will there be tools available that allow you to manually assign a cover image? Are there any tools at this stage I know, which will allow me to solve this problem? I also recently got this weird blue lightning bolt image in the corner of the frame. No idea what this means?

  

  You can now apply a manual cover image of in Folio Builder.  Option are at the level of folio (or top) of the generator of folio.  Simply select the folio you want to manually apply a cover for, then select the flyout in the upper right.  Select properties in the passage outside the menu.  You can find options to change the name of your publication and apply some of the coverage.

  Unlike the TOC images that are only 70x70px - cover images should be the size of your publication.  If an ipad verticle publication would have a PNG 72 dpi 786X1024px as his overview of the coverage.

• Connectivity issue Smart View RA framework

  Hi all

  We have enabled SSL in our env using port 443.  When connecting in Smart mode to access the framwork RA using the active ssl link https://servername/raframework/browse/listXML , its does not display anything.  But when we use the non-active ssl link http://servername:19000 / raframework/browse/listXML, it displays reports.  When you check the RaFramework_BrowseServlet.log log file in the path of E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\RaFramework0\logs, we can see the error message below

  java.io.FileNotFoundException: answer: 404: not found ' URL: ' http://sername/epmstatic/wspace/SmartView/version.XML '

• Issue of view Nubbie horizon

  Sorry for such a basic question guys, but whole new view of the Horizon and have not gone through yet training classes.

  We run a vSphere environment under Essentials more. We organize three ESXi hosts that contain a server vCenter - running any version 5.5. Recently, we have worked with our hardware/software partner to a VDI environment. Based on their recommendation, we bought two other "physical servers' and the Horizon of VMware View bundle license.

  I thought that the two new "physical servers', we bought basic ESXi hosts, who would be added to our current vSphere environment - BUT does not have the license key model more limit allowing you to run the three only ESXi hosts at the same time?

  I know that the Horizon of VMware View licenses bundle contains a license key for VMware vSphere Desktop licenses.  This license key will allow to add two new "physical servers" to my current vSphere environment as hosts?

  Hi voelk01,

  Welcome to the community.

  Yes the company plus license allows you to add three hosts to vCenter server limit. But if you buy a package of sight Horizon you will also get a standard desktop vCenter license.

  A. Yes, customers with spare vSphere licenses of past purchases it can accommodate a VDI environment.

  Desktop licenses covered by this provision, however, cannot be managed by the same instance of vCenter which is used to manage desktop computers not virtual OS.

  
  

  So, you will need to deploy a different vCenter to manage two new hosts.
  

  The best thing to do would be to write/talk to VMware in this regard. They will clarify all your doubts about licensing.

• Issue of "View source" on right click on html in windows control panel.

  Hi all

  I created a panel of html for versions of Photoshop CC. When I open the Panel and right-click on it, there are four menu item.

  -Back

  -Forward

  -Print...

  -View source

  First of all, three are disabled. When I click on the last point, it will open the html code in Notepad.

  I see this problem on windows only. Nothing happens on a right click in mac.

  Is this a bug?

  Is there any solution for this? While no context menu appears on a right-click in the windows html Panel.

• Issue of view composer

  What will happen if my Virtual Center server dies and there View Composer on that? I'm not worried about the VC, but most customers of the view will not be able to connect to their VM because View Composer is down. Is this true? Thank you

  Not exactly...

  View Composer is a service that is used by View Manager only during the creation and deployment of Virtual Center linked clone desktops. After this, View Manager is a component that manages connections user to virtual desktops. You can have more than one View Manager server (replica server) to manage the traffic of users. In fact, multiple View Manager servers can work behind a load-balancing solution (WLBS MS for example).

  I have not tried, but you might have your VC + services View Composer down and still be able to connect to (created previously) virtual desktop pools managed by View Manager server/servers.

• New issues of Viewer with WHO and buttons

  Hello

  I had a publication almost ready to go, has worked very well and uploaded to the cloud. Then I updated the tools, builder on mac and Viewer on iPad with all latest updates (including the update January 26 and Jan. 17 Folio tools etc.) and all WHO and buttons, I had started "misbehaving." I have re-uploaded all on cloud again and I got these errors:

  -Some buttons have become "untappable" (they work fine on the Desktop Viewer)

  -J' have pop MSO box with the text which is triggered by a button - text will not appear on the iPad, but it shows on desktop viewer correctly. If I saw it, it shows too much on iPad

  -With the previous observer, the video would come before any object when it is played, including the ESM. Now, it seems to put the video in the face and cover all your buttons "play" etc.

  Can you tell me if these are planned on the workflow changes or just a mistake on the viewer of the iPad and planning be fixed?

  Tony, I see this is your first post.

  PLEASE read the other threads published recently. In short, it is a bug very serious (IMO) in the viewer of content on the iPad.

  If you have not used the new features in the new tools you can restore version 17.

  I have an OLTP table and a matte view to fast refresh of the table in the warehouse. I have unique indexes on the matte view just as I have on the OLTP table. Of course, it's a bad idea because the updating Oracle on mattress views mechanism does not apply to the dml in the same order that it occurred on the side of OLTP? Should I get rid of all the unique indexes on views mattress in my warehouse and create regular index because of their unique nature will just happen because the side OLTP has a unique index? What will be the impact on the performance of the queries? Here's the alert log...

  the solution seems reasonable. Just a note: If you use a "reportable" unique constraint Oracle ignores any attempt to perform a direct-path insert of access and still stations conventional insert generating undo and many more again.

  As long as you do only a 'rapid' refresh, it should not matter, but in case you deal with refreshs full large MVs, this could make a difference when running not atomic refreshs (who can take advantage of the direct-path inserts / DML etc. at the same time)...

  Then you can consider using only non-unique index rather than the constraint may be delayed if performance can matter and given the fact that you should never see duplicates in the MV because of the constraint on the base table.

  Furthermore, you can use a non-unique index to apply a not reportable unique/primary key constraint as well, it is supported. You just need to create the index yourself before you set the constraint or using explicit syntax "CREATE INDEX" of the constraint clause.

• 6.2.1 and issue of Catia

  We run Catia to open the files of clients. Having a shared license server and everything works wonderfully on 5.2 skyline view.

  But, Im switching to 6.2.1 and the new drivers for the Vmware tools and 6.2.1 agent cannot CATIA for even start.

  PCoIP on Samsung customers Zero in a floating pool of clone running related.

  I think it is a problem of display driver perhaps.

  Is it possible to run my older agent and make it work on 6.2.1?

  I read on TLS1.0 and do some regedits, then 6.2.1 can talk to older client/agent, but do not know if I want to go this route.

  Just throw a few ideas and see if anyone else had problems with 6.2.1 simliar.

  It was just a video driver issue with view of the Horizon 6.x.x releases.

  I tried uninstalling the svga driver only to manage the pc.

  CATIA worked very well.

  Then I downloaded vmware tools 10.0.5 which had fixed pilots and those installed.

  8.1.5.3.3 driver solves problems of video driver with versions of 6.x.x view of the Horizon.

  I wanted to backup my Mac with Time Machine and to store in a hard drive or a Flash drive, how can I check the amount of memory space do I need available in the disk storage for backup?

  Select the drive in the Finder and choose read information in the menu file, or open a file on the issue, choose view bar status in the view menu, if necessary and look at the bottom of the window. It would take at least twice as much free space on the drive as the amount of data, you're going to be back up.

  Hi people, I use a hp pavilion desktop computer, h8-1170 uk, windows 7, beautiful machine, 18 months oldI just bought a Pavilion 23xi screen and loaded the driver and the software 'my view' of the Conference on disarmament what came with the display.
  Seem to have a problem SERIOUSLY, windows system seems corrupt, the bar menu (close, minimize, maximize) windows are all covered in a black bar, colors are corrupted, I tried uninstall and I get a message: description number 0 x error 80004005 Unspecified, Setup will end now.

• Fabric of interconnections can be re - RPI?

  We decided to use another IP range and I was wondering if I need to do some sort of clear the config or do I go through the installation of transitional upward through the console and change IP addresses?  The original range of subnet 'management' that we were going to use is not available, so I never had with the VIP address.

  Certainlu you can change the IP without having to clear the system.  Remember that it is only a change of plan, not data management, you can do this without disrupting the traffic from your server.

  Here's how I suggest you do:

  1. connect to the Console of each FI with the admin account.

  2. find what FI's secondary by issuing:

  view the status of the cluster

  3. the issue of session from console secondary FI:

  fabric-interconnection of scope [a / b].

  4. set the new IP settings with:

  the value of subnet mask ip out-of-band [address-IP-New] [New-Netmak] gw [New-Bridge]

  buffer validation

  * Note: If the subnet mask and the gateway are not change, you can omit them in the above command.

  * At this point, you should be able to ping the new IP addresses assuming management upstream interface are configured correctly and assigned to the VLAN correct

  5. Repeat for the main fabric connect to the console session.

  6. set the new VIP by launching:

  staff system

  game virtual-ip x.x.x.x

  buffer validation

  7. test the connectivity with each IP & VIP address.

  8. If you have any questions, you should be able to use the console session to correct all errors with no disruption to service other than access UCSM.

  The wirelss privious admin left our company and did not let the other know the shared secret key on the WLC 5508 Radius.

  The 5508 WLC runs on the 7.0.98.0 code. I can access the viao WLC CLI and GUI. I can also access the Win2003 Radius Server, but the button displays an asterisk for me. I have listed partial RADIUS config of the WLC below. How can I get the RADIUS shared secret key? Thanks in advance.

  You can retrieve the RADIUS shared secret key as other passwords that are stored on the WLC by using the procedure at the following link:

  NOTE: WPA keys are not available through these methods.

  Basically, you can enable password in clear text on the wlc with 'config passwd-cleartext enable' and then issue a "view orders of the running-config' - your RADIUS configuration command should now display the shared secret.
