It is essential to disable CS6 apps when a new DISK is used, with a new facility? (on the same computer)

Hi guys,.

I have CS6 Production Premium installed on my old iMac (in a "traditional HD)"

Now, I've added a new SSD for my (now former) machine

My plan is to do a new installation for the system and all my applications on this new SSD, including those from Adobe.

My question is: it is necessary to DISABLE the CS6 apps on my old HD before you install and activate these apps on my new SSD? Or is not needed? (later, once I check that everything goes great with my new SSD, my plan is to erase and format the old HD to use it as a department store)

I ask this question because I read as 'Deactivation' is necessary when you switch from an old computer to a new one. But on this case, the computer is the same, it's just a new DISK SSD that will be used for the system and applications.

Thank you! :-)

Activating puts a 'mark of use' in the Adobe database... you are allowed only TWO active activations... so if you enable one, your 2nd install use then your activation allowed 2nd... where is indifferent (new drive in the same computer or on a different computer) only the fact that activation adds a 'brand usage' in database activation
