  my computer laptop zoostorm turned off with no warning screen - no bsod, no dialogue - only in black. it restarts normally and all systems appear fine except for wireless network. adapter seems to work but does not detect the network.   You can mark it as answered by yourself. Strange, I noticed in your IPconfig to output your bluetooth has an IP address and the gateway assigned. I wonder if this is your problem and you had to wait for the dhcp lease expires.

  Have you tried to connect the laptop to a power adapter and then gently shake the power adapter connection to see if the power led blinks on and outside?

  Who will let you know if the problem is the connector of the DC adapter on the motherboard. They are not lacking.

  It seems that I have a very bad problem with my computer laptop 4530 probook s. The laptop suddenly stops himself during the race and when turned on same thing happens after loading office. However, the battery is more than 60% charged! So if I plug my charger just fine!  I installed HP support assistant, and he gave me a message that there is something wrong with the battery, it must be replaced! So can someone please tell me how to do good and reliable and perhaps the original hp battery? I couldn't find it on hp site! and also third party battery replacement would be reliable?

  I see that you have problems with your battery on your HP Probook.

  Here are the numbers for the appropriate computer replacement batteries.

  6-cell 633805-001 battery

  8 cell battery 633807-001

  9 633809-001 battery cells

  They are all compatible with the device and it seems they are available through the HP Store Part.

  I don't have the price for them.  Also if you Google all part numbers and it brings a number of third-party vendors. I haven't used an any of them so I can't recommend any of them.

• ProBook 4530 s: grinding noise near the vents when I turn on the laptop.

  Sometimes when I turn on the laptop, a loud grinding noise is heard from the left corner, near the vents.  I think that's probably the fan.  I turn off the laptop because it doesn't seem like grinding stops.  Then when I turn it on again, grinding noise disappeared.  The fan needs to be replaced, or when the fan needs to be replaced?  Is this easy to do?

  Alternatively, the problem could be something else?

• Printer has stopped printing on 64-bit Windows 7 HP Probook computer laptop using the USB connection.

  I recently bought a HP Probook and connected the laptop to an old but very faithful computer HP Laserjet 5 p. The HP Probook uses a Windows 7 64-bit operating system. The printer is connected to one of the USB ports on the laptop.

  Printing worked fine until yesterday. To my knowledge, no update of the operating system took place. I tried change usb port, remove and reinstall the driver package, start and stop of the spool printing, deleting the temporary files in spool it print without result. When I click on print a Test Page, it seems to go to the printer, but is located in the coil. I also ran Print Microsoft FixIt which can't find any problem apart from the removal of the queue.

  To check the cable, I plugged the printer on an old Vista HP Pavilion laptop and no problem printing.

  I'm at a loss what to try next and would therefore appreciate all thoughts.

  How have you tried to uninstall the printer?

  Here are some ways you can do it.

  1. go to the Start Menu

  2. all programs

  3 file HP

  4. choose the name of the printer

  5 down to uninstall.

  Another way to check if it is deleted.

  1. click on Start Menu

  2. type in the Device Manager in the search bar

  3. in devices, look under the tabs, IMAGE Manager and DEVICES, PRINTERS and another tab that could involve the printer.

  4. If he's there, RIGHT CLICK and uninstall.

  in order to understand the brand and the model of a device inside a computer, start "Device manager."

  Select the device without the driver and open the 'Properties' window, then select the 'Détails' tab and make a note of the device ID, something like PCI\VEN_xxxx & DEV_yyyy.

  The xxxx identify the 8068 manufacturer is Intel, 1002 is ATI and so on.

  The aaaa identify the model of the device.

  Then you can search the Internet for a driver using this information.

  or you can download the driver for Windows XP 32-bit, and take a look inside to find out what you need.

  In case your 4530 s has a dual, Intel and AMD graphics card, there isn't a driver XP or XP 32 bit.

• HP Probook 4530 s: Error Message 'wireless module not supported 702.

  I have a HP Probook 4530 s standard stock I had since then and all of a sudden in the last month it comes up with this error at startup "this wireless module is not supported then was disabled 702. I have not changed a thing since I've owned this laptop so I use the card wireless that put HP. I can occcasionally work around (reboot several times) but it is very frustrating, especially when I want to get something done quickly and I have to plan restarting, disconnect the battery etc. game. Is there a solution? I was looking for a solution. As I understand it there is an error with the BIOS and the wireless card is not on the whitelist. Which is ridiculous because it is what came with the laptop!

  With about a month to guarantee rest yet, I was wondering if I could get a replacement for laptop to my HP ProBook 4530 s.

  When I got it, it's in very good condition, after almost a year of use, the optical dvd player case is sometimes a bit loose and one of the keys on the keyboard relaxes and I would have to fix it and hang it in the keyboard frequently. In addition, sometimes one or two of the USB Hubs would not read my flash drive but other ports would be strange. While this is happening in only a few flash drives and all 4 USB Hubs are still functional. Finally, sometimes my laptop keyboard may lock up randomly but my mouse pad would continue to operate, which means that I have to restart the laptop to make it work again. Even after installing the updates and even Flash my BIOS, I always have this problem from time to time during the execution of certain applications, including the computer games from Valve, but never expericened before running programs. This problem would happen frequently as well. I was wondering if all these problems would be enough to get a replacement. Thank you.
