  I found the material required to achieve a resolution of 1920 x 1200 excessive above 25 fps frame rates in FSX. When you run FS9 on the same hardware, I got more than 300 FPS. Flight Sim X was pretty, but FS9 with all the photo landscape, airport and aircraft add-ons installed was much more pleasant to fly. I just hope if one of their business partners or Microsoft release a new Flight Simulator, frame rates and the use of the multi-core processors are taken into account.

  I found that the ASK toolbar is the culprit. I have no recollection of ever install Ask and wanted not just her in any case. Withdrawal fixed the problem.

  (1) have you installed drivers for the joystick correctly?
   
  It seems that the gamepad drivers is not updated for windows 7. Let us know if the gamepad work on other games under Windows 7.

  I tried to launch a new campaign in 3 bag after beating the HUN. I created a new American character and flew the 1st mission. Then I dutifully saved the campaign according to the instructions of the obvious. After leaving the game, I tried to continue with the new character. But NO! Quietly, the bloody game had refused to register this new character. He only would allow me to use characters that I had already beaten before Nazis! At gibts? Deutsch for "what happened?" I have already unloaded the game and reloaded it's new. Thanks for ANY help.

  When you enter your valid product key, the Activation Wizard automatically runs. The Activation Wizard gives you the following two choices to continue:
  1 activate by using the Internet: the Activation Wizard automatically contacts the servers of Microsoft licenses via your Internet connection.
  2. Activate by using the telephone: you can call an Activation Center and activate the product with the help of a customer service representative.

  -which means you are trying to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems

  -You can get CS6 and previous programs to install and run, or you can not (some do, some don't)

  A large number of users of Microsoft Flight Simulator in Windows 7 seems to be having the same problem, which crashes to desktop.   I appreciate it. However its seems that various people (many?) removed, and their system keeps going (and still works for Microsoft Flight Simulator), so this is appararently not essential. The consequence of not removing no seems to be not being able to use an application that you may have bought the computer to use in the first place. I hope that a response with a nuance more is possible.

  Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 (a century of aviation) does not load on my new laptop (Toshiba A100 with Windows Vista Basic operating system). The same program runs on my desktop PC that works with the Windows XP operating system.
