  If you have purchased from Adobe directly, you should be able to get a new set of installation from the web site of Adobe files 'my orders '.

  I downloaded the trial of 11 items and installed.  However, when I tried to start it, shortcuts that were created were broken. Also, if I run the Publisher directly (Program Files > Adobe > Photoshop elements 11 > Adobe Photoshop editor), I can not open RAW files (file > open).  Also, tried to launch the Application Manager for updates nor any was needed.

  It is... If I uninstall and reinstall, I lose my trial or it will give me the remaining part of my 30 days?  I have 28 days.

  Yes, unlike some older versions who assumed that you were trying to cheat on the 30 days, if you uninstalled/reinstalled, you should be able to uninstall and reinstall in your 30 days trial.

  Downloaded trial of Captivate 8.0 - installed - what started returns message: Adobe Application Manager to start your trial, is missing or damaged. Uninstalled AAM and downloaded AAM 8.0 all and Creative Cloud trial.

  Same message.  Uninstalled AAM, Captivate, VAC. Re-downloaded all and reinstalled all Akamai, AAM, VAC, Captivate.

  Same message.  When I clicked OK, Captivate starts and then closes.

  When I run MAA, it says I need to download and install VAC.

  This and still get the same errors.  Cannot open the Captivate to apply patches.

  Looking for ideas (what services are windows are required to perform these?)

  The problem can be solved by going to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe and rename the folder to OOBE_old OOBE. Re-installing the Application Manager and do not run it. Then re - install Captivate, select Try, if necessary log of Adobe and what it is. Captivate should run. Application manager should not report errors do not have ACCESS either.

  You can buy the software from Adobe authorized resellers or order online. You will get a serial number when ypou buy software that you can use on the trial version to activate it.

  There is no difference between the software demo and the full version. The only difference bwing the no. days of use. The trial is good for only 30 days.

  I downloaded the DownLoadAssistant about 1.5hrs there are, and the message says that 11 elements would be automatically download immediately after.  I don't see any signs of that happening, how long usually does or y at - it a way to check the progress Please?

  I disabled the pop-up blocker, but I didn't know how to disable the firewall / security according to the instruction.
