  I tried to import an album in iTunes, it listed each track separately (artist unknown/song/etc) I used the 'get info' for many of them, their changed to the correct name of the artist and album. In the previous experiments that would have changed all the tracks to be associated with an artist, on the same album, but in iTunes by the artist list there every song it's a clean entry of the artist and the album (a 19 other lists). I have other albums from this artist so I "copied and pasted" info from the artist to make sure that it is a 'perfect' iTunes and nothing changes.

  I even checked 'part of a compilation", no change.

  I deleted and re-imported, tracks countless times now. I stopped and restarted several times now. I threatened my computer several times now.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Quick response: select all the tracks on the album, file > info (or right-click > news > Details) and give them all a single "album artist", or check the indicator of "compilation" (as in https://discussions.apple.com/message/17670085#17670085).

  If they are several CD sets, you will also need to enter the appropriate information in the fields of number of disk.  If they are not a set of multiple CDs that you must always make sure any vacuum or disc number fields are properly defined.

  Each track in iTunes is part of an album. If you leave the field empty album, then it becomes the unknown album. iTunes still unknown albums of groups of their artist or album artist if it is present. The correct treatment for a simple is to use the name of the single under the name of the album. If you have smart playlists that currently use the titles of the white album as a criterion for selection, you can change other values as group save say unique before you change the titles. In my view albums on iTunes (Windows), it shows an album called "the biggest party of all time and the artist is the Village People, because a song on the CD is YMCA by the Village people.   If you go to the library of the screen and press the red text just below the icons of the album/playlist (where you select whether you want the screen to show the view of the artist/Album/songs downstairs there is a toggle to only show that downloaded music.) If you enable this, then only the songs that are actually ON your iPhone will be in BLACK characters. The rest of your music library to iCloud either won't display at all or be grey. Now - if you have a few streaming, you can see more songs, because the songs that are heard are cached in the memory of the iPhone box and supposedly deleted automatically when it fills up (but not user accessible unless you use some third-party programs).

  What you can do - so they need WiFi or data cell-, it's make a playlist in iTunes that you want on your iPhone. Then (assuming that Apple music and iCloud music library are running on both), you can go to the playlist and press the small cloud/down arrow icon and download these tracks on your iPhone. • iTunes 12.5 maintains synchronization same songs

  updated my iPhone 5 yesterday to iOS 10.0.1 and also updated itunes to 12.5.

  And now, iTunes keeps synchronization around 2, 5 k of the same songs to my iPhone everytime I sync.

  Already, I have removed all the songs and did a wipe of the iPhone and after that I restored a backup, but iTunes is always synchronize the same songs over and over again.

  You have to ask Apple why the design has changed. You should still be able to delete songs by changing your selection of synchronization and synchronize.

  Or you can delete songs directly on your iPad and other iOS devices, directly in the music app or via settings > general > storage & use iCloud > storage management > music

  Same thing happened to me. I tried to replace iTunesLibrary.itl with an older copy, but that has not worked. Then I tried to return a version by resetting the Time Machine's iTunes app, but it would allow me to edit or delete iTunes because it is part of Mac OS X.

  From your description, I think you're talking about ripping, not burning, correct?

  When the CD is inserted, iTunes retrieves a "best estimate" track of the Gracenote database information.  If information is missing or incorrect, you can fix it via right click, get information on the track (s) concerned.  Make the corrections before the investigation period, and then the imported tracks will go into iTunes with the correct tags.

  CTRL + , < comma > to display the Preferences dialog box, the tab the leftmost is General, the drop-down list language is located at the bottom of the dialog box, English UK and English American are the ninth and tenth entries in the list, respectively.   All you need is a file management application, such as app or Astro File Manager files. The name of the album is just the name of the folder for which they are in. All you have to do is move the files from one folder to another and your done. I hope this helps.

  Back up your library, update if necessary iTunes and sync the iPod. This will not normally remove anything from the iTunes library, but other things can.

  If iTunes displays multiple instances of an artist or an album then generally what works is to select all the associated tracks and use read information to add say end X for each of the areas that the slopes have in common:

  • For an album. Album, artist of the Album and artist (if the artist is the same for all tracks) *.
  • For an artist; Album artist (artist and unless there is the comments/featured artists listed that should not be changed)

  Apply the change which merges things together, then remove the excess characters. Occasionally, it can help to close and reopen iTunes between two renaming operations. Part of a compilation should also be set in a consistent manner.

  * If the titles must be synchronized to a non - iOS device, there should be a common artist and/or album must be defined as a Compilation.

  Use the view of songs and display fields, Album, genre, Album, Album artist, genre artist Album, artist and genre artist side by side to see you whether or not it is necessary to change the artist and if sorting values could be the cause of additional problems.   Another tip duplicates stubborn reality. At one point, I had three batches of various artists in the view of artists in my iTunes game library that wouldn't meet usual backward X treatment. What I found worked was adding the final X, but with each group, iTunes wanted to separate start typing a value and let iTunes autocomplete of the Var... for various artists. Collection of AutoComplete lists seemed to work when the full value of collage/montage does not.
