  If you are referring to iCloud music library then yes it is part of Apple's music. You subscribe Apple music and then can activate iCloud music library that will make your library iTunes available for dissemination of any device connected to the same account of Apple's music.

  The last time I tried the Apple music it completely messed my library of music (songs missing, poorly titled songs, unplayable songs, wrong album art, stripped playlists etc etc).   We cannot dissociate iTunes Apple's music game because they both use the same iCloud music library.

The main change you see is access to Apple's music library. Your existing music will continue to be shown as 'matched', 'transferred' or 'buy' but music downloaded music Apple will have a status of ICloud 'Music to Apple'. DRM no longer applies to your own music used on other computers or devices.

  If you are having problems with the process of making music available for your new iPhone offline, make sure you follow the steps below.

  Download songs, albums and playlists to listen to offline

  You can download songs, albums, or playlists on your device so that you can listen to them when you are not connected to the Internet, you need to download tracks, albums or playlists on each device that you want to use for offline listening.

  * You can download music on up to 10 devices. These songs are only available during your membership of Apple's music.

  1. In the music application, find the element you want to download.
