  Thank you for your help. I tried the maintenance of places without success. I have disabled xMarks, but it made no difference, I couldn't save all new bookmarks.   2. Is this problem specific to certain keys or all alphabetic keys have similar problem?

  This problem could occur if the filter key is enabled, please disable filter keys and see if the problem is fix.
