iTunes Store, prompting the old Apple ID

Today, I went to a new device, the previous iTunes backup restore local.

While restoring the apps, I asked Apple several times one ID old, I no longer use for almost 1 year. I read several threads on the same subject, I have followed the steps in the article Apple Support what to do when you have changed your Apple ID email address or password - Apple support. But the fact that the iPhone is the only device that invites and all services including iCloud use the good Apple ID and I don't remember that happening before, while matching the watch, which was resolved with the above article, I was wondering, how do you know which applications in the iPhone are still asking old identification?

I am referring to legacy applications because I double checked that all services use the current, I signed and in addition to all the services on a case where and continues to, be that old apps stay with the old powers?

Maybe an iOS is known for the problem of the iPhone?

Suggestions and comments are welcome

No it is not a known issue with IOS, Apps have always been tied to the apple ID and the password that was used to download/purchase it.

No matter how many times you disconnect and reconnect, it will still ask the old ID apple for the applications you have installed under it.

Delete apps and reinstall with your new apple ID.
