  Apparently I was running both Gtalk and Winamp at the moment even where Gtalk came crashing.
  After the programs stop and Gtalk started again without opening Winamp, it works well now... we'll see, it's been 10 minutes and no problem happened again.

  It seems, from your screenshot, you access a shared library home. This can be used for playback but not as a source of media to copy on a device.

  Safe mode is different from boot were the clean boot will help disable you any of third-party applications or starting points which is the source of the problem.

  I suggest to try the system restore to restore the system to a date before the problem started. Try this...
  1. click on START
  2. click on "all programs".
  3. click on "Accessories".
  4. click on "system tools."
  5. click on "system restore."

  Looks like the installation is broken. Remove every trace of iTunes and other apple software and utilities form the computer and try to re-setup.
