  This can happen when printing over the network due to a problem with the operating system while performing a print job using the WSD Protocol, which is the default protocol used by the operating system.

  Microsoft has released a patch that should answer this question.

  My hard drive I think crashed.  My husband engineering deleted everything on the drive and tried to reinstall my Vista operating system.  But stops at halfway through the installation process, and the screen goes black.  What would be the problem?  Now, it does detect any type of wireless device?  Would it be the device & driver reinstall the CD?  I'm wonering too it would be better to take it just to someone who really knows what they are doing?  My husband reading just forums like this or Youtube videos and I think my computer migh be at a total loss now?  Everything about him lost completely wipeing the own harddirve?   Please help I need my laptop in return. confused

  I recently bought a student for the 'full package' subscription, my credit card has been charged.  Then I download the installer of creative cloud from the site, that's fine, and then I double click the installer of creative cloud according to the instructions, it starts downloading the desktop application, but is only halfway, then disappears.

  I tried using safari and chrome, restarted my computer, but none worked.

  I noticed that the site won't keep me logged long either, it keeps switching to BUY instead of DOWNLOAD.

  Any ideas?

• How do you continue to back up your files on to CD. If you need to stop & restart to halfway through downloading?

  I was in the middle of copying my files to CD & had to stop for the night. I have 20 c.d. done already & am ready for #21.When I try to start from where I left it won't let me. Don't know what to do without restart from the beginning. Have already five hours into this project and really don't want to do that!

  Unfortunately, it is not possible to continue the support upwards on a CD/DVD as soon as you stop the Windows backup to halfway. You may need to start over.

  I'm trying to upload my site through Muse by using the function "transfer to the FTP host...". ». I entered details ftp etc., no problem. It starts to download, no problem. It downloads the pages, then begins with the images and gets to half way through them and then everything stops. By saying "Uploading images/cdu_6941.png (273 630 files)...". "and is just stuck there. For an hour. I click on 'Cancel' and start it again. The same thing is happening, but not on the same file, it's different every time.

  Have you upgraded to 2.1 Muse already? Have you tried using a third party client like filezilla ftp and see if the problem persists?

  Please use the forum for Support of Vista,

  You could try to add iTunes to the DEP exception list.  However, this behavior is not normal.  Go to the support forum of Apple for iTunes for Windows, search on DEP.  There should be a thread "How can I turn off DEP for iTunes?" or it Prevet planting iTunes? "which provide troubleshooting steps you might want to try before adding it to the list of exceptions."

  How to add the program to the DEP exception list:

  1. Press Start, right click on computer and select Properties.
  2. in the window that appears, click Advanced (on the left panel) system settings.
  3. in the first box that says Performance, click on the settings button.
  4. in the window that opens, click the Data Execution Prevention tab at the top.
  5. There should be a box of exceptions in the middle of this window. Click the Add button and navigate to the C: drive, then Program Files, then the iTunes folder, and then choose the iTunes exe.
  6. Add the exception, and then click OK in the window of the DEP.
