IWA with Oracle Access Manager.

Hi all

Configured IWA according to the document, and I made sure each stage is perfectly followed. However, IWA does not work. When can I access the site, it is the display window of IIS authentication basis and after you enter the credentials, it's giving page. But it's not us. When you access the site, he must give the page without authentication of the since the user has already been authenticated to the domain of the window by connecting to the computer from domain.

Please help me

    Check your connection url in the session.xml. It should be in the following format;

  • Debugging in Oracle Access Manager policy

    So, I've got OAM 11 GR 2 installed and I have configured an authorization policy that doesn't seem to work.  I'm trying to understand how to enable debugging for the policy logs so that when I try to access the resource, I can troubleshoot using logs.

    So far, I have done this:

    CD $MW_HOME/Oracle_IDM1/common/bin

    ./WLST.sh

    Connect ("weblogic', ' password ',' t3: / / localhost:7001'");

    listLoggers(pattern='oracle.oam.*',target='oam_server1');

    setLogLevel(logger='oracle.oam',level='TRACE:32',persist='0',target='oam_server1');

    I know that the log is enabled because of the following:

    ------------------------------------------+-----------------

    Logger                                    | Level

    ------------------------------------------+-----------------

    Oracle.OAM | TRACK: 32

    Oracle.OAM.admin.Foundation.Configuration | < inherited >

    I restarted the oam_sever1 of my Weblogic console.  I'm settling the journal of oam_server1.out, but when I try to access the protected resource, nothing appears in the journal of oam_server1.out.  Issues related to the:

    Have I set up the connection properly?

    I'm looking at the correct journal?

    How to debug policy?

    Thank you

    Found!

    oam_server1 - diagnostic.log will display all debug information.

    So, to answer my own questions:

    Have I set up the connection properly?

    Yes, and to turn off logging, run the following command:

    listLoggers(pattern='oracle.oam.*',target='oam_server1');

    You can verify that the logging level is back to normal with this command:

    listLoggers(pattern='oracle.oam.*',target='oam_server1');

    ------------------------------------------+-----------------

    Logger                                    | Level

    ------------------------------------------+-----------------

    Oracle.OAM | NOTIFICATION: 1

    Oracle.OAM.admin.Foundation.Configuration |

    Oracle.OAM.admin.service.config |

    I'm looking at the correct journal?

    Yes, oam_server1 - diagnostic.log display of debugging information

    How to debug policy?

    Set the debug level to an appropriate value, the newspaper of the tail and perform an action such access a web resource.  The newspaper will then display debug information that should allow you to see how OAM is implement your strategy.

  • Problem running scripts with Oracle Test Manager (MTM)

    Hi all!

    I am facing a problem to run any test in OTM.
    I'm adding scripts that I created in OpenScript (and which take place in perfect inside) but running in Test Manager fails.
    To be more precise, I even created a very simple script for the case in which I open the browser, navigate to an existing page (for example www.fmstocks.com/fmstocks - like documentation for example) and then I close the browser.
    What is happening is that the test fails after a few seconds. In the report results, summary of Script, it there a failure result to give Total iteration:

    + Object "/ web:window[@index='0" [or @title =' subject: empty '] "+."
    + did not action: +.
    + < name of message = "Navigate" > < parameter WindowIndex = '0' > +.
    + < / parameter > +.
    + < parameter Url = "http://www.fmstocks.com/fmstocks" > +.
    + < / parameter > < / Message > +.

    This is the same result that I get in any script I run (with different Url of course).
    I tried to alternate some settings in the Manager (Tools-> system) systems and change my OTM server, I've seen in a thread. I found that if I write as a user name and password to my windows or my OTM username and password (instead of JMSAdmin I see is the default user name) when I run the test simply never stops!
    To be clear, I just started using OATS. All the foregoing is done with the default settings after installation. OpenScript works fine but I need OTM so that I can perform several set of test scripts.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Hello
    You must first set back the remote system OTM to JMSAdmin / the_pwd_you_supplied_during_installation
    Then, you must stop the Windows Service called "Oracle Application Testing Suite Agent Service" and put it in the manual.
    Then, you start the agent from the command line
    C:\OracleATS\agentmanager\bin\AgentManagerService.exe - c C:\OracleATS\agentmanager\bin\AgentManagerService.conf (something like that according to the installation path).

    Let us know if it is ok then.

  • Global Logout in Oracle Access Manager

    Hi all

    I have a requiremnet whre I must apply SSO for 2 applications using OAM
    the scenario is similar to:
    Protected URL: landing page, url, url app2, app1, (each with Logout button)

    Once the user tries to access the destination page, it will be asked for forms based authentication. Once successful, it is shown that launch with app1 and app2 URLS listed page.
    So now once the user clicks on any of these 2 URLS, should not ask a new authentication.

    The situation is that these 2 URLs must open in a new browser window, (the child window). What is happening properly. want to achieve overall logout as well, so the question is:
    Once the user clicks on the child window on logout button, will it be disconnected from parent window so or vice versa, if it disconnects from the parent window, if it is disconnected from the child window as well?

    According to my understanding, OAM only deletes the cookies at the level of bowser, then how the global logoff works with several browser windows. O use OAM 10.1.4.3 and browsers IE 6, 7, 8.

    Any suggestions would be helpful.
    Thank you

    Hello

    With IE, when different browser sessions are open with parent/child behavior (the equivalent to file/new window in the browser) then the sessions share cookies. In this case logging to OAM into a browser will give you a valid cookie for all sessions (parent/child), and a disconnection in a single session journalisera you on the other sessions too (the ObSSOCookie will expire in all sessions).

    On the other hand, if IE sessions are open separate processes (equivalent to double click on the IE icon for each session) then the sessions do not share cookies, the OAM authentication will be required in each session and logout in one session does not affect the other.

    Above is the behavior by default for Internet Explorer - you can see that when the Windows system is stressed, behavioural changes, and I have not tested with very recent versions of IE/Windows (for example 2008) although according to me, that he has not changed in this respect. In older versions of IE (4?) it's configurable behavior.

  • Problems with oracle enterprise Manager manager

    Hello

    Hello

    I have a database with SID mdok and host: mdok.lubelskie.pl. I copied the database to a different server host: oracle.lubelskie.pl with the same SID mdok

    I had problems with EM starting on oracle.lubelskie.pl so I run the emca - dbcontrol db config command and entered the correct values.

    Now EM starts ok and when I go to http://oracle.lubelskie.pl:1158 / em it asks for the connection. I enter the connection information and connect to the mdok database.

    Here's the info to state when I get http://oracle.lubelskie.pl:1158 / em:

    Status of
    Upward since 11-03 - 2010 20:59:27 THIS
    Instance name mdok
    Version 10.2.0.1.0
    Home mdok.lubelskie.pl
    LISTENER_mdok.Lubelskie.pl listener

    The problem, that of why he connects to the host mdok.lubelskie.pl and not in the good pair hence the EM a was started (oracle.lubelskie.pl). How to solve the problem?

    The best would be to recreate the repository. There are files in which this info is maintained but better would be to delete and re-create the repoistory em using the

    emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
    emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create

  • I have a problem with Oracle Enterprise Manager

    After the installation of Oracle 10 g
    I joined the user administrator of windows to policy 'connect as a batch' FRO the local windows policy. Then, it worked for a few days.
    now it does not work then what I will do to make it work

    user: administrator (windows)

    The administrator is a user OS, NOT a database user. When you connect to the database through EM, you need a valid database user.

  • Example to use the query string in the Oracle Access Manager policy.

    Hi all

    Can is there any one please tell me what is the value of the query string and Query String Variable OAM political?

    If possible, please explain with an example of the sample.

    Thanks in advance.

    Siva NAKI.

    Let's say I have an application that has logout URL as http://abc.com/app.cgi?function=logout&user=LOGGED_USER.
    In this case, logged in user will always be different, but you want the user to sign out when this URL is hit. In this scenario, you can use query string variables and specify the function = disconnect it.

    In other scenarios where you know all the query parameters and you want to protect these URLs then the query string can be used.

    Thank you

    Yes. Firefox supports the IWA. There are many items available in Google. One of them is below:
