• Why java does not work in internet 10 windows explorer 8?

  Java does not work on my computer. It's the new computer with windows 8 and internet explore 10. I downloaded Java and using Explorer to desktop.

  But whenever I go online and website requires Java I get same error message "ClassNotFoundExeption". Same error I get if I go to the Java Web site and press the button Test Java. I tried different things that have been proposed on Java.com and Microsoft.com but nothing has worked. I have newest Java and had no problem in downloading. I appreciate any suggestions.

  The initial problem was never solved?  I still can't get Java to work and I tried everything above except set up a new user account that has no meaning.  Using Windows 8 to 64-bit, Java 32 bits and I have installed and uninstalled several times on the desktop.  The site I can access works fine on my Windows 7 laptop and I have the same settings in Java on two laptops.

  Sites using the Java plugin are not really this Commons. Are you sure that take sites on the Java plugin and not JavaScript, a commonly used language which is managed by Firefox itself (without using the Java plugin)? To confirm that JavaScript is enabled:

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste the javas and make a pause so that the list is filtered

  (3) if the preference javascript.enabled is in bold and "user set" false, double-click it to restore the default value true.

  You can also test Firefox Safe mode to see if an extension might be the culprit. It is a standard diagnostic tool to disable some advanced features of Firefox and extensions. More info: questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode.

  Does not work if Firefox: Hold down the SHIFT key when you start Firefox.

  If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Mode safe mode using either:

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > restart with disabled modules
  • Help menu > restart with disabled modules

  and OK reboot.

  Two scenarios: A small dialog box should appear. Click on 'Start mode safe' (not update).

  I use the first a lot, which is really annoying. I've already looked and I think that the problem has to do with firefox. I have a linux system. When I try to play music, I see the time meter that works perfectly, the only problem is: I have no sound. If I install firefox 25, I have no problem. With firefox 26 or 27 of firefox it does not work. With the same configuration (plugins for example) if I switch to firefox 25, all right. I tried clearing the cache, but it does not help. I have no idea more.

  This looks like a problem with the player player of the second site.

  I don't know what flavor of Linux, this thread is running, but there is a problem with GSStreamer around the time 25-27 that has been activated.

  I'm looking into this site and see player video javascript. The GSStreamer is used only with html5 and h.264 and others have their own codec.

  After some research on this second site, its an mp3 file. It's called TralbumData which is a hack for streaming music bandcamp. They use the MP3 format to 128 for data flow. http://Bandcamp.com/help/audio_basics There is also no volume control.

  So to answer your question, it seems to have been something that has stopped working. Please make sure that your media player is updated if you update to version 27.

  The bug for this specific page is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=921714 which recommend to disable media.gstreamer.enabled, in the subject: config as well.

  That should solve the problem!

  Do not use waterfox, it is not supported and is a non-official version of Firefox that often has known bugs. Downlaod Firefox from www.getfirefox.com, uninstall waterfox, then try again.

  We will need more information to help you with this issue.  What is the game?  What version of Vista are you using?  Is the USB mouse or wireless?  With respect to the use of the x-box360 controller, it depends on the game.  All the instructions for implementing any type of input device, be it a mouse or a game controller, should be included in the games instructions.

  Why add and remove program does NOT work on some programs. These are programs on a computer that was created using a process of the image. Like ghost?

  If you have a third party app that will not uninstall, I think I might check the support page for this application and see what they have to say about it.

  Some AV products have obtained quite complicated that add/remove programs is not the recommended way to remove them, so some companies have developed their own removal procedures and some have special programs to manage their affairs.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  (If you use it, switch to the default theme).

  • Under Windows, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key option key when starting Firefox.
  • Under Linux, you can open Firefox 4.0 + with leaving Firefox then go to your Terminal and running Safe Mode: firefox-safe-mode (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)
  • Or open the Help menu and click on the restart with the disabled... modules menu item while Firefox is running.

  

  Once you get the pop-up, simply select "" boot mode safe. "

  

  If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. To do this, please follow article Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems .

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  Only Java update 7 is currently blocked, update 9 should not be blocked. It is likely that Firefox has not updated the block still on your computer lists. Update Java 9 is the latest version of Java and the safest (but I have no doubt in a few weeks they will release yet another version)

  Firefox 4 does not a Java application on my site of brokers. He tells me I have a missing plugin and gives the option to download the plugin. • "Sweep left" does not work for some email notifications

  On some mail notifications, as documented works "sweep left" very well, but I'm still not clear what if any difference there is between 'X' and 'Clear' (see previous announcement) - I have recently several contradictory theories.  However, for SOME e-mail notifications, "left sweep" simply does not work - nothing happens.  I * think * it's maybe for 'complex HTML' messages, not 100% sure.

  As previously indicated, 'X' and are clearly part of the same key - typing will erase / reject notification from your list of recorded notifications.

  Also as previously indicated, there is a difference between alerts by mail in the list of alerts in the Notification Center (IE hitting swiping to the left on the alert) compensation and removal / rampage messages in the Mail application.

  I connected my xbox 360 controller to my pc with the usb cable and downloaded the driver (I run XP Pro 32).  His does not work in-game.  I can see the controller in Device Manager (under the new group called xbox 360 devices) but it does not appear under "game controllers" in the control panel.  Im trying to use it with the Flight Simulator x.
