Java program is suspended outside the Java folder

Hi all

I have a program that treats the lines of the output of the provider file and signals possible problems for the user. When I run it from the java folder (C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_45), it works perfectly. But when I move the class to a shared for the dept to use drive, the program crashes without error. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on? I have a log file that shows me where how measure Gets the program, and looks like it stops at a different location each series.

I have the path defined in the environment variables.

Thanks in advance.

First of all mention it using version 6, that is that the machines in the dept's running because of the software of the seller. We're stuck with it for now.

After playing with him again, I finally realized that it wasn't in the program at all. What was going on, it was that he pulls the file from a network storage drive 200 miles away. For some reason, it had to run VERY slowly. Which takes a few seconds on my local drive took 20-30 minutes during the shared connection. Even though the copy of the entire file takes a second, line traction online (and by writing to the rear) is much longer.

  • For help. MXF outside the P2 folder structure?

    For a big project that will involve to ingest about 500 to a Panasonic Varicam P2 cards, I'm trying to work on a workflow where I can get out of the folder structure of the P2 card for improved flexibility to store huge amounts of clips for easier (re) to link to files proxy or source material.

    I did experiments with just copy the. MXF files from the AVCLIP folder to another location: a folder named "SOURCE" on another disk. First always load and bed these clips without complaining and I keep my 4 audio channels. If I transcode these. To ProRes proxy MXF files and store them in a folder named "PROXY", I can easily (re) link to the source material or proxy servers. Which is exactly what I want. I don't think that I have an important use for metadata of origin in the XML files that are separated in the CLIP folder or the thumbnail files in the folder of the ICON on the P2 card. The other files are empty anyway.

    It seems to work very well, so what am I missing (potentially)? Is there a reason why this would be a bad idea?

    I would keep the in the P2 folder structure.

    If break out you the MXFs, you will lose connection files between clips that are more than 4 GB in size as well as the files that span different p2 cards but aussient lose clip metadata.

    You will travel to a world of pain.

    Don't worry about using a proxy workflow, just buy more hard drives. They are pretty cheap.

  • Corrupt the game folder

    My PC:
    Win 7 ultimate N 64-bit
    Intel i7-860
    8g RAM
    1 TB HARD DRIVE

    My problem:
    When I try to manually add a link to the game folder by dragging the .exe file or a shortcut to the folder nothing happens.

    Initially I had AOE III, Fallout 3 and other games installed. They worked perfectly and has appeared in the "Games" folder in the start menu.

    I went to open today and the AOE III and Fallout 3 had disappeared from the folder 'games '. All other games are always present and working.

    Currently, I can always hide and restore the hidden games. Microsft update can add files in the game folder. He did so today by installing an update for windows live games after that this problem occurred.

    I noticed that in "start > all programs > games" pointers to the Games folder all files appear with their targets, with the exception of AOE III and Fallout 3 "» When I click with the right button on their respective folders and go to properties there is an empty space for target. That's because their goals do not exist in the folder of the game, and there is no shortcut.

    The games in question are still installed and work properly otherwise.

    I think that this problem is related to a corruption with the game folder.
    Rights at least pointers to the files .exe for the game, possibly in writing for the program which prevent the user additions.

    Ive tried to find the solution but I've hit a wall.

    Hi Elian152,

    You can run 2 methods to check whether the problem is resolved.

    Method 1: System Restore

    Check if the games are listed in the Games folder, after the restoration of the system

    Follow the steps in the link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/system-restore

    Method 2:

    Create a new user account and check if it helps.

    To create a user account

    1. to open user accounts, click the Start button, select Control Panel, click user accounts and parental control, and then click user accounts.

    2. click on manage another account.

    If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    1. click on create a new account.

    2 type the name you want to assign to the user account, click an account type, and then click on create an account.

    For more details follow the link.

    Create a user account
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/create-a-user-account

    If the problem is resolved after you have created a new user account, you can fix the damaged user account.

    Follow the steps in the link to fix the damaged user account: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/Windows7/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile

  • Cannot install some programs-can't create the output file in the AppData\Local\Temp user account

    When I try to install a program (.exe) it works winzip Self-extractor, which attempts to create a file in the directory Users\ (myusername) \AppData\Local\Temp\setup.exe

    I just installed windows 7 and had to happen one or two times before that, I think, but I re-uploaded the file and I tried again and it ended up working. Now when I try to install this program (Hava), he says that it is unable to create the output file.

    When I try to go to this place it doesn't even have the AppData folder I have to first create this path or is it a problem with the program? Any help is appreciated. Touch Pro

    Well, that's possible. As WinZip SFX has a small option to overwrite without confirmation box.

    You can move forward with delete the file setup.exe from the Temp folder in the sound is no longer used by any program (where its in the Temp folder)

    You can also try now is, since its opening a WinZIP Self Extracting Archive, you can try manually, and manually specify where to extract the files before you click ok.

    Once you do this, just run setup.exe from the specified location.

  • JS files outside the JS files

    Hi all

    When I publish an animation, the 'x_edge.js' file drags outside the js / folder, even if I've specified that the js files should use a js / subfolder. When I create a folder js and tuck the file inside, he interrupts the animation. I hate having a loose js file in my Web site outside a js file. Is there any solution for this?

    Thank you!

    If you place this file in a 'js' folder, then you must change the html page yourself as below:

    AdobeEdge.loadComposition ('js /example ', 'EDGE-430652064', {...});

  • First items 10 & 10 installed items in folder (users) wrong how to switch to the default folded

    Due to the fact that I have misunderstood some of the instructions, my 2 programs are installed in the "users" folder instead of the folder "applications" on my Mac. 10.7.4 OS is possible to MOVE/DRAG these applications in the folder (applications) correct by default? If so, is there a safe procedure to do. I installed the program but have not launched their still. Any advice would be appreciated.

    You must uninstall the software and then reinstall in the appropriate folder. Any attempt to move the folder won't work and might mess up the system.

    You can only call layout() setPosition or sublayout().

    Try this...

    Subclass sublayout() and put your good standing in position one.  Once you update your x / call updateLayout().

  • Change the folder of default reports from outside the sequence editor

    Hello

    I want to set the path to the folder of the regular reports of TS (xml) outside the sequence editor, i.e. in a txt file. I would like to load this value in the sequence or the performance of model sequential (to read this file). Play with what I achieved only copy reports to different my folder both outside. No one knows how to correctly do this operation?

    See you soon,.

    K

    I have accomplished this setting the path of the report dynamically, using the ReportOptions reminder in my process model.

    I had set the following report options:

    Parameters.ReportOptions.DirectoryType = "SpecificDirectory".

    Parameters.ReportOptions.Directory = 'C:\\Program Files\\Functional Test\\Reports\\' + Parameters.UUT_PN

    Parameters.ReportOptions.BaseName = 'report '.

    Parameters.ReportOptions.UseFormatForExtension = TRUE

    Parameters.ReportOptions.Extension = «»

    Parameters.ReportOptions.ReportFilePath = «»

    Parameters.ReportOptions.NewFileNameForEachUUT = TRUE

    Parameters.ReportOptions.AddTimeAndDateToFileName = TRUE

    Parameters.ReportOptions.GeneratePath = TRUE

    arameters. ReportOptions.Format = "html".

    The second entry above, I set the directory based on the number of game USE which is analyzed by the operator.  So in your case, you will need to set the "Parameters.ReportOptions.Directory" item based on a path read you a text file.   According to the structure of your text, file, get the path of the report (from file) could be done in a few differnet ways...

    by default iTunes stores its settings, the file iTunes Library.itl and tracks audio library of music, in the \Users\username\Music\iTunes folder.

    I don't want my music folder polluted by the parameters of the program, especially because I'm synchronize this folder on the cloud.

  • Is it possible to add programs to readers separated at the Run dialog box without putting a shortcut in the system32 folder?

    When I want to run something from the Run dialog box, I just type the name of the program.  For example, to use the command prompt, simply type cmd.  But some program I have to type its full path.  The only way around this is to put a shortcut in the system32 folder.  Only, I forgot that I put it there, and I often erase it as a kind of Trojan horse.  I don't like things like nonwindows randomly in my system32.  Is this in any way about this?  I put a shortcut in the %ProgramFiles%, but it seems random with a shortcut to chance here.  In addition, if the shortcut is located in a folder in system32 or %ProgramFiles%, it won't work.  Shortcuts in the %windir%\System32 too much work, but makes me more suspicious of my own files.

    This is precisely what concerns the environment variable "path".

    The applications that you want to be able to run in a directory on your disk to another.  If, for example, you have a dirve D:\, you could create a directory named D:\MyApps and place the executables in D:\MyApps.

    • Open the system properties (right click on my computer > properties)
    • Click the Advanced tab
    • Click the "Environment Variables" button
    • Scroll down in the "System Variables" box until you find the variable "Path".
    • Select 'Path', then click on change
    • Go to end of the text in the edit window, and then type a semicolon followed by the path to the directory you created for your applications.
    • OK your way out.

    Be careful when you change the path variable that you add only.  If you delete the existing path variable (or part of it), it is likely that something no longer works correctly.

    Hi AlinaSporl,

    The size information is reported by the uninstaller for each program component. A program of uninstalling programs will not report this value, so the size of the program does not appear in this list.

    Another way to get a close estimate of the total size for an individual program is to check the properties of this installation of programs parent folder in C:\Program Files.
