  Companies can almost certainly view or the other guy, but a pdf file
  should be better for documents. A jpg file is almost never used
  for anything except the photos.

  1. go to the menu 'File' in Adobe Acrobat / Reader.  Select "Create a PDF file" and then select "file".

  ODC does not work with concepts viewable web native. On the other hand, you can have or the files with formats of input and output file (s) with the same or other. Note that mainly ODC use the outputs of a scanner for its entries. ODC will treat these entries for you (lectures reading of bar codes, separates the pages in a batch of documents, recognizes or allows manual entry of metadata categorization, etc.) and finally to validate results of selected repository (it can be the same file system or a database!). You can retain the original format, or change it - an often used option transforms image formats such as TIFF in the 'Searchable PDF' (a PDF with text layer, which can be indexed for full-text; OCR is used to get the text layer).

  Don't know if anyone else has this problem that just started today.  I have about 8 JPG photos taken at 640 x 480 resolution (approx. total 654ko) I'm trying to "combine the files supported in Acrobat.  The program will take care of the dialog box to reorder the files, change the size of the output file, etc., but once I click on "Combine files" the 'status' stops to "convert...". "and throws the below error.  I also tried "drag and drop" files in an existing PDF, with the same result.  I have not had this problem before and usually perform this operation without any problem.  Can anyone shed light on what could happen here?  Oh yes, I use Windows 7 (64 - bit).   We have a number of old built folios and published under JPG format... we need to update them because they do not look good on the retina for the iPad... there at - it an easy way to change the folio previously generated to PDF without having to rebuild the entire folio from scratch and to resubmit?

  I have Windows 8 and Adobe Acrobat Pro X, alongside CS6 Master Collection. Currently, I can't open PDF documents.  Whenever I double-click on a PDF file, nothing happens.  I tried clicking on the Acrobat X icon, nothing happened.  Sometimes, the activity is on / off, that is, sometimes it works, most of the time now it doesn't.  Recently, it started about 24 hours ago.  I tried to save it as a PDF and I get an error as creation of Adobe PDF files cannot continue because Acrobat is not activated.  I fully activated my license several months ago, so I don't know why this is.  I'm also a fatal error box: "Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server. I tried to go in the Manager of tasks and endless AcroTray and Adobe Acrobat Update Service process. But this does not resolve the situation.  I tried to download the latest update 10.1.6 but that didn't fix it.

  Any other ideas?

  Also, yesterday I managed to get into Acrobat, I tried to repair the installation option, which did not set it.

  I have solved my problem by uninstalling Acrobat fully and then re - install.
