  Hello everyone

  I m, design a site with a hero photo slider using jquery. My problem is, the nav bar submenus go behind the photo slide so that you can't see the submenus of the Legal Services tab. I have provided a link dropbox for the entire project. I'm working on the file called index.html. Any thoughts on how to solve the problem?

  Hi Paul

  Sounds like a z-index issue.

  We really need to see ALL of your files to solve your problem quickly and accurately, without a lot of questions and-front-back and guess.

  Just rename a copy of your problem page (for example "test.html") and upload it to your server (with all the associated files) in the folder the original page was and simply post a link in the Forum and tell us about your problem.

  This avoids you having to cut and paste code miles in the Forum of the page and all dependent on CSS, JS etc files.and saves us from having to recreate all your files, find your images and then fix your code and test the solution for you.

• Problems using the widget sharing jquery slider.

  Sorry for getting back so soon with slide show another problem, but I have another site that needs a slider.  It is the cycle of jquery from the widget Exchange http://jquery.malsup.com/cycle/ I have it on http://carpetcleaningatascadero.com/index.html shows the style and images.  Then I did just a drag and drop of the plugin without modification on http://carpetcleanigatascadero.com/testcarpet.html shows the movement but none style or images. 

  You are amazing, I promise one day I will get it down to were I'm not here every day.

  Solved, had two selected effects that play well with each other. When in doubt delete things until it works.

  I created 2 buttons in this example, and they both switch when you click. You will notice that if you click on the button 1 and then button 2, they remain open at the same time. Is it possible to have him so when button 2 is selected, the button 1 closes?

  As you know I never use jQuery now, but if someone is already using it, then...

  There are many debates on the use of jQuery requirement now that browsers are more docile, but even if we think that is not really necessary, I can see the decline being very, very slow.

  What about css are complex, depends on. I wish just that more people learn css and does not rely on frames, (everything is said).

  Here is the site I built for my new company.  I need to get a cursor of work corresponding to the image of social media 972 x 432.  I don't want any text outside this space, and I don't want all the previous and next icons, or anything like that.  Just a simple slider that fades or wipes:

  278-297 lines is the CSS that controls your legend. Here you can style it any way you want.

  You can set positions, width, height, drop shadow, CSS Transitions, etc if you want your menu to act as the example site you gave.

• Disorder of slide show

  I'm designing a website for someone and the difficulties of insertion of a slideshow on the home page. Using Dreamweaver CS3, the images I inserted in the designated div do not meet the div, leaving a border of white around each image, even if the dimensions are correct.

  There are literally hundreds of scripts out there, some of the easiest to work with is by doing a google search for JQuery Slider or JQuery Slideshow. Most of them come with tutorials to help you to implement and is generally everything just copy and paste and then change the settings marked "CHANGE what to DO X" in the code itself.

• Help the integration of Animation

  Hi thanks for looking at my question.

  I created a marquee of simple animation to animate CC.  I get edge from adobe that I know well.  Animate not so much.  My problem was not animate but to insert into Dreamweaver.  I have it here, but I can't apply CSS.

  If you go into manager wanted you can see Center trying to get.  I did this on the edge.  try to learn to animate since this is where adobe seems to take place.  waiting on Lynda.com to do a program about it so I can learn, but they take their sweet time.

  I don't know if I'm not selecting right or what, but I can't seem to get it to the Center.  Aware that car right and left on my margins if I choose the correct selector it will center but for some reason, nothing I've tried works.

  I tried to set on the page in the section style (not published online)

  strange thing if you go to link managers then back home it seems to be old text scrolling.  not sure if cache problem or I have to solve that.  but who can show you what I'll do.  and I know that the animation and transition is not so great.  I have a lot of work to animate in CC to catch up.

  IMO, animate is way overkill for a slide show.  jQuery is much better suited for this.

  Take a look at the Cycle2 or Wow Slider to the carousel of Bootstrap.  Best results, more options, less the size of the file.

• I need to create a sliding screen and would just advice good resources, please

  I want to create a shift from image on my site and not too sure where to start.  Many of the videos I've seen is quite old, if I can't add on extensions in Dreamweaver cs5.

  For example, a user comes from a Web site to make a donation, they could choose a pull down a price range, a jQuery slider or just enter the price in a field and hit add to cart or buy now.

  Can this be achieved with BC?

  Not through e-commerce processes and products that you would have to have a product with 0.00 value and attributes including the value added to it.

  Payment gateway without welding and web custom form with javascript to change the quantity would be the way to go for donations.
