  This is the error message when you try to install my CS6 Design and Web Premium, I received. I tried installing on another computer using Windows 7 without any problem, so I tend to believe that the problem is with Windows 7 on my machine. I recently had to do a clean install of the original operating system (Vista) and then to reload my upgrade to Windows 7. I tried to close all programs, including my Microsoft Security Suite and reinstall with the same result. I also tried to rename the Files\Common\Adobe\OOBE to OOBE.bak and resettlement program. I got the same result. I checked the logs of the fatal errors and did not. Any suggestions on how to fix this?   I work in it and I'm trying to install Adobe CS6 - Design and Web Premium on a new laptop for a user. I already asked the user to uninstall CS6 of his current machine to release the license, I want to use it on the new machine. I use a CD to install the software, the installation is fine until it reaches 99% with an error message "failed to check the genuine Adobe software. The product you want to install is not a true software of Adobe and seems to be false.

  I recently bought the MacBook Pro Retina Display and the Creative Suite 6 - Design and Web Premium. I got a physical copy of the disc, but it is not a hard drive of this computer. I registered the product online and have the serial number, but I don't see how to download the software without having to use the disc.

  Because you bought a disc you won't have a download link available in your order history. Download the trial version here or if possible to copy the contents of the disks on a USB and copy them to your computer in order to install the product (be sure to copy the content of the USB key to the machine. If you try to install directly from the USB you will get an error).

  Adobe deliberately separately install each new version so they do not overwrite each other.
