When I try to load on my PC, I get an error 'Setup cannot initialize' on a new installation of CS6 Design and Web Premium. I am running Windows 7. I tried several solutions without success. Please notify.

This is the error message when you try to install my CS6 Design and Web Premium, I received. I tried installing on another computer using Windows 7 without any problem, so I tend to believe that the problem is with Windows 7 on my machine. I recently had to do a clean install of the original operating system (Vista) and then to reload my upgrade to Windows 7. I tried to close all programs, including my Microsoft Security Suite and reinstall with the same result. I also tried to rename the Files\Common\Adobe\OOBE to OOBE.bak and resettlement program. I got the same result. I checked the logs of the fatal errors and did not. Any suggestions on how to fix this? My system is a 32-bit system running Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 and is up-to-date on all the latest updates. Download, installation, setting up
