  Yes, you must uninstall and reinstall.  Try to use the cleanup tool to uninstall it in order to ensure that the stage is set for a correct installation (I have not used it myself, so I can't say much on this subject).

  Vikrant is right.  You can try each request for a trial period of 30 days.  So if you downloaded CS6 Design, you could not download Web Premium because there a lot of these same applications it contains.

  Since there are so many applications inside each suite, it is hard to try them all within a period of 30 days.

  Two opportunities to spread your inquiries on more than 30 days

  1. Download a suite, then download the remaining applications individually thereafter
  2. Download each request individually for most of the time flexibility
