[JSFL] Have a name binding class by name of movie clip

Hello

I have a few question doing this. As I do this for some time, I wanted to try a jsfl script instead of doing it manually every time.

My library will look like this every time.

What I would like: ave in the end:

What I want is simple, I want to just take the name of each clip and paste it into the link attribute.

If the name was easy enough, but as it was the full path, I needed to cut it, so I used the substring.

But then, despite my attempts, I can't paste the name into the binding attribute.

It won't take my last sentence: "fl.getDocumentDOM (). library.items [i] .className = newClassName;

Any ideas?

Finally got my code works with a few more lines.

Well, I just needed to add "item.linkageExportForAS = true;". Of course...

OK, it's working now. I found another reference to "font_mc" that I had not changed to use dynamic variable reference.

Memory use and class of the custom movie clip?

I need to create instances of a clip 100. Is it better to add functions for these clips in the movie clip class or in a separate category?
For example, I move(), setPosition(), setRotation() functions, would be that create these features a hundred times and held memory or just reference functions? What could be better?

There is a slight advantage to create a function to handle all objects of class vs each class having its own class. but it's such a small benefit that's not worth it to sacrifice any principle of encapsulation, so you should let each Member of the class to use the class methods.

I suggest you try to create the new user account using the command:

'control userpasswords2' run box or the start search box and then create the new user account.

Follow the steps for the same thing:

a. click Start, type control userpassword2 in the search box and press enter.

How can I make the < Instance name > the same as the name of the clip in an animation.

Hi, I'm a moderator for a small game project and I have a very big problem. Even if I used flash for animation for a long time, I am a newbie when it comes to something technical. I just got a request to make of each video clip I use to have a uniform < Instance name > in each frame of the animation. Only if they have told me that earlier... Y at - it an easier way to do the < Instance name > the same as the name of the clip another that you enter manually. I have 16 characters with 12 parts of the body with 20 animations each with approximately 6-7 frames for each part of the body, it will take me months and nightmares evey night enter everything by hand. Please help me keep my sanity!

How to display the name of audio clip in the timeline? I can see the label for video clips in the timeline, and when I hover over audio clip [I see the label, but otherwise, not l; abels show in audio editing.

Audio Clip names are disabled by default in first Pro CC. Turn it on go to the timeline (wrench) display settings in the timeline panel and choose Show names of Audio.

I think that this should be a pretty simple answer, but it's deceiving me. I want to assign the name of a clip to a variable and then use that variable to control any video clip he happens to be held. Let me give you an example:

The script would be part 1:

button1_mc.onRelease = function() {}
If (_global.selected! = 'button1_mc') {}
_Global.selected.gotoAndPlay ('out');
_Global.selected = "button1_mc";
}

Is it achievable even remotely? I can't make it work at all. I was hoping that I just needed another type of variable...

_Global.selected.gotoAndPlay ('out') get a property/MC named 'chosen '. If you want to use the value of the var, you can use the scoreboard operator. that is a difficult question. Try VLC to see if it will open to them. Usually when the disc appears on the desktop, if you click on it and let go, then press the clover sheet and I (get info command), you should be able to choose which application/program can open them. I have not already heard talk of the "samsung" format, I know there is a stranger there (lie format MTS from Sony). Regarding the conversion of them, maybe MPEG streamclip or hand brake? worst case scenario, you may need to spend some money to buy a video conversion app/program

The frame for you size source of material is HDTV 1080i (16:9). That only sets the size of the image, not the domination of the field, it's what makes progressive or interlaced. The reason it's labels with the 'i' is that when FCP7 was abandoned by Apple, they have never updated the software in order to take account of 1080 p contents.

To make your progressive sequence, set the dominant field to None.

In your screenshot of the properties of the element for your clip to the source, the material is interlaced. At the original camera file interlaced or progressive?

Also, the fps footage was actually 30 original and 29.97 not standard? 30 images/s is very limited its use.
