  Hi I just brought the Photosmart Plus and notice that there are 2 types of black for this printer and one slot on the black ink print head.  I always use the black Starter supplied with the printer.  So my question is if I want to print a photo, just the regular black out with photography black and switch it back when finished to print the photo? or I should finish the black Starter first then switch to photo black.   I entered new printer 4515. All functions are working and documents/photo print on standard A4 sheet works fine.

  With the printer, I got 5 HP photo paper in the box (Photo of HP advance glossy 10x15cm). When I print on paper, finger printing and wet ink remain same after 30 minutes. I selected all types of paper different while printing (plain, HP and HP Photo paper brilliant browser) and all the same problem cases. Can you confirm for me what is the problem here?

  Glossy paper should be fine, as long as the paper is the face bright down when placed in the printer.

  Another then, the main thing to check is to make sure that you select the right type of photo paper when, in the print settings before you print.

  You must either buy an upgrade to the current version of Lightroom (version 5.7.1); or you must use the FREE Adobe DNG Converter 8.7 version to convert DNG and then the DNG photos can be imported into LR 4.4.

I checked with no VIEW on this and confirmed: If you want to show your Passport as your identification on the test center, the name on your passport must be the same as the name that you used to register for your exam. Please do not forget that you will need to show two pieces of identification - it must be a Government-issued photo ID. The two forms of identification must include your signature. The two names on these forms must match the name underwhich that you registered for the exam.

  In order to change your name on your certificate in the future, you must contact Pearson VIEW and produce documents of name change, providing evidence that your name is legally changed. They will then update your profile and you can request a new certificate.

  These restrictions are for security reasons.

• I just bought a new LG monitor. Photos open in Microsoft Live Photo are green. Is there a compatibility issue?

• Print issues with old photos scanned .jpeg prints too large & can't print in black & white

  I have a bunch of old photos & scanned articles of a scanner flat of maybe 10 years ago or not.   These are all .jpeg files.

  First of all, when I print on the Windows Live Photo Gallery, they are all print in color, no matter if I change my printer settings or if I go in settings in Windows Live Photo Gallery and deselect color.

  Secondly, not printing in black & white, they all print out extra large and therefore do not fit on an 8 1/2 x 11 pages.  All this elements analysed in years were roughly between 3 "x 5" until maybe 8 'x 10'. "  The fact is that they don't print as I would like.

  One last question, is that I have a newspaper article large .pdf format.  I printed it weeks and had no point of color above.  But I printed this on paper 11 "x 17".pdf file.  She printed on the entire page, but it was stopped at the bottom of each printed page, and I don't understand why.  Which certainly confused me.  Any suggestions?  My plan was to save the pages together to view the log what it was.  It's pages of the newspaper of 1886.

  I have CC on two computers, my laptop that I was using CC on since a year now and my work computer that I use CC on since a few months. I went to grab the raw version of a few images from my work computer to find that they had never actually been saved. They had been available in LR before, but then I went from catalogs, and when I went back to the original, I had the "!" error on all my photos. What I did not know before, but now I know, it's that LR only saves a virtual copy of the image. However, I didn't do anything differently when downloading pictures to my work computer, and I've never had this problem on my home computer. In fact, I can go to my computer and see that all the images in RAW saved in my files.

  So I guess my question is, how can I change my workflow when it comes to images so that this doesn't happen? Also, why the images are saved on my drive of your personal computer? Is it because I saved before lightroom?

  Please install the latest version of THE bridge bridge CC 2015 cloud creatives desktop application.

  Open Bridge CC 2015, click file > import from device.

  Please make sure that you change the mode of the PTP/MTP device in USB mode to mass storage mode and then connect the device to your computer.
