However with the release of InDesign CC the keyboard shortcut seems to no longer work. I can go to the Menu change and use the duplicate feature it... (the keyboard shortcut command is sitting next to the word again), but it's quite inefficient when you want to duplicate an object 25 + times. Someone else this problem?   I also work on a Mac with InDesign CC 2014.2. I am running Yosemite. I also noticed that this keyboard shortcut does not work. I can't see an obvious conflict (such as the system of shortcuts).

  Try using edit > Edit keyboard shortcuts to assign a different shortcut. On a Mac, you can use the Ctrl key, which is not usually used. CTRL-D works very well for me.
