  I just got my Palm Pre (after my beloved Palm Treo collapsed )... when I read the reviews and saw many people complain about the battery life, I wasn't worried because I do not use my phone all day.  However, OMG, this Palm Pre sucks the life out of the battery!
  
  I was told that if I'm a killer app, my battery life can improve.  Anyone try this?  If Yes, where can I get a good app killer?

  My battery was dead after only 4 hours of sleep.  I took the meadow to the store and said I wanted to go back.  Technology has watched, listened to my story, then said that the phone I had must be a "lemon".  He convinced me to take an another pre and try for a few days...

  Apparently, he was right!  This new pre that I just got today was still half of battery charge left after 4 hours of standby & moderate use!

  So, the battery life isn't as good as my Treo, but MUCH better that the first pre they gave me!

  I have a new VW Golf 7 (2016) with media Composition and AppConnect and use for music from Apple. Always well worked, connected with USB, drama pressed in music app and it works.

  But the application of music on my car radio suddenly became unresponsive. As soon as I plug in my phone and the music app appears on the radio carplay starts to get legs like crazy. If I select anything there to happen immediately to another tab leaving my cock not recognized.

  However he play the audio and I can control the application music to my iPhone without any problem. I can also control the audio playback using the buttons on my wheel, but I don't have a chance to do anything inside the carplay on my screen of the radio.

  During my commute together enforcement music just guard switching autour in tabs and does not stop.

  I already tried to unplug and plug back in, turn the radio and turning it back on, rebooted motors, delivered on my phone, unplug my phone, restart it, and reconnect it, tried to "Forget this device" under CarPlay on my phones settings and plug it back. All does not help it keeps crazy.

  I'm not using bluetooth and it is turned, I just connect via USB and I have a 6 iPhone with iOS 9.2.1

  Restart radio helped. (By pressing the Power button for 10 sec ~ until it reboots)

• Kill app button to export to Air for android.

  Hello everyone.

  I just started to play with some of my old projects Flash export under android applications.  I have one in particular that is a music player.  It works fine but the back on my android device button just backrounds app.  That's actually what I want because it's a music player but I would still be able to kill the application completely with a button on the stage.  I don't know if anyone has seen the siriusXM app.  When you click the back button it asks if you want to exit the app (kill) or simply to reduce to a minimum.  Sorta, I want to do the same thing but more simple with just one button app to kill scene.  I can't find how to do this.  I created a button called exit_app.  IM assuming that I need to make a listener of events of some sort and creates a function that runs when the button is pressed.  I found this code snippet which refers to the rear button killing the app.  Change I'd like to perform the same action when I press on the button of my app to kill it.  Im sure that there is something that I have to import this im missing.

  Simply add an event listener to the button of your resignation:

• AdvancedDataGrid DataTip function kill App

  I'm a new Flex developer, but I didn't see anything related to my problem on the forums, so I thought it would be OK to ask

  My problem is that if I add a dataTipFunction to my AdvancedDataGrid, my application will not run. The dataTipFunction now simply returns back a string "test dataTip function" saying (and other, more colorful and possibly nsfw messages when I'm frustrated in particular) because I can't go past the stalemate app as soon as I put dataTipFunction = "myDataTipFunction."

  I use iLog with this (I have a Gantt chart in another Panel, for which I have a dataTipFunction work and distinct), and I am not forgetting to set showToolTip = "true" on all my AdvancedDataGridColumn points, too. I did make all custom, either - it's actually a pretty boring grid.

  There is no guarantee that an instance of "TaskItem" is passed in your function. In view of the fact that your dataProvider is XML, I don't see how the object is passed in will never be a TaskItem. Try the following:

• After an automatic update, Firefox does not load... app is unresponsive. Can't access preferences FF to clear the cache, so I poured out all copies and re-installed. Same problemn. How can I get FF up and running again?

  I use a macbook pro OSX 10.5.8. All software is updated, no problem using Safari to access sites... all charge.

  My notes app is unresponsive. Every time I type something it is that the error sound as it crashes and closes. How can I fix?

  Please launch the Console application in one of the following ways:

  ☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).

  Did someone using our tried all the apps battery saver. I was reading the comments of the battery saver and they appear to be positive, I just never tried this type of app before.

• Facebook app popup alert indicating app was running long

  So yesterday, I was using Facebook on my Bionic for half an hour to 40 minutes. After I did I put the phone in my pocket and went on my way. About an hour later, I take my phone to use it and wake up the phone, there was a box pop up on the screen indicating that the Facebook app did not or that he worked for an extended period of time you wish to terminate the app?   If you open the app Task Manager and press the menu button-> settings and uncheck the box 'Notification', if you don't want this feature to warn you more.

  I think this is a good feature as some applications will use your battery if left, and it notifies you when an application is there or run away.

• Purchased by Lenovo App Shop app no longer works after Tablet factory data reset

  While exploring the Tablet do I tried the full device encryption and although I like the idea and safety, that is there are a few small enough reasons (not a subject of this thread) why I decided to go back to an unencrypted configuration. Interpreted data factory reset on the Tablet, just as it was before, re-installed applications that I had, and everything worked without any problem, for the most part. The a time-killer app, that I bought for those long hours on flights was the Angry Birds HD (free publicity) and once the reset Tablet app no longer works. When you try to start it I get is this message pop up:

  "We are sorry; It seems that you are not allowed to run this application. Please make sure that connect you to App Shop Lenovo to validate the app purchase"

  Well, it appears in 'My applications' Sub 'All' and 'Uninstalled' (which is weird, because it is really installed) tabs, I can download and re-install all this I want but I ever get is the pop-up message above when I try to run it. Not received any feedback from Lenovo App Shop for people in of the problem report, I sent, nor anything useful to MobiHand (at least they replied but with nothing more than a download link).

  Kinda stuck on this one at this point... There not so much the $4.99 ($5.99 CAD for a reason any), I paid for it, but it would be nice to have a running application or a refund, but if it is the standard of the apps purchased how to behave after a reset Tablet then we have a real problem...

  Still not sure, MobiHand people but what is the problem has been corrected and everything is good. At soon guys

  Hi guys! So I read that you don't need booster or task killing apps because they don't really have an effect or even slow down/lag your phone down. I have CM security and CleanMaster. They are not battery booster apps, but they erase useless files etc., scan the device. Is it OK if I have them? Thank you

  You can use them if you want, but some applications may start crashing, also keep an eye on any strange behavior or battery drain or even if these applications use a lot of your data.

  Good group, since my last update, my Facebook app did not work.

  Is it just me or this is common with the new update?

  When I click on the application, it opens, minimizes then opened my browser and takes me to Facebook.com

  It's okay, I guess, but I don't get Facebook notifications on the phone, which is convenient.
