KIRA turning off suddenly without reason

About 2 months a go, I bought a KIRAbook. In the past two weeks, he began to stop at random and without apparent reason.

First of all, it happened while I was just using it. I've been so the battery must have been low, but once connected to high battery always quiet.

It happened when I close and set mode 'sleep'. When I go to use again once it has powered off.

It happened the other day when I pulled out the charger (full load), several times I would branch back, turn turn it on then pull the charger once again, it stops.

But it doesn't all the time and I can't find the trigger for her.
The laptop isn't hot and doesn't seem to be an indicator of how long its been on.

It will usually take some time before it will allow me to re - turn on my laptop as well.

Hello

On the virtual path that is not easy to tell what the problem is somehow I feel there could be a problem with electronic control gear.

Problem is you don t have the opportunity to test its operation without battery and with AC power only.
In my opinion, your machine needs to be checked properly and it can be done by the Toshiba service provider in your country.
Please, visit http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/generic/ASP_SUPPORT/. There you can find the addresses and telephone numbers of the aspic in your country. Contact the nearest ASP, explain the situation and ask for help.

It would be nice if you can send a feedback after check laptop.

  • My DELL turns off suddenly without any Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)

    Hi people,

My pc is a DELL VOSTRO 2521. It has two graphics cards: 4000 Intel and ATI AMD Radeon HD M 7576.
The problem occurs for the first time about a month ago, my computer just turns off by itself all of a sudden without any BSOD, and there is no error report after I start the pc.
First of all, I thought that it's my battery that moves sometimes, so I thought it's my HARD drive, then I thought that it's my hdmi/connection port, then I thought that it's my usb ports, then finally I don't know exactly what is causing this problem. I do some Checkup using DELL PC Checkup, no problem found.

Please I need help, this is an embarrassing problem.

    Thanks in advance!

    NO.

Your key will not work.  If you got it from DELL that they need to replace it.  If you don't have a Dell, you must purchase a valid license.

  • Laptop turned off suddenly, without warning, no overheating... why?

I was playing world of warcraft, who has done this to me before, so I guess it wasn't the cause. The laptop just blow off, keyboard lighting, display, except for the light in the front, so I knew that it was not out of the battery life low power. I pressed the power button to restart it, and he did nothing. I had to actually unplug the laptop, remove the battery and reinsert it, now it's working and back on fine apparently. Windows did not offer an explanation of why he does this. The laptop was not too hot, the fans were going nuts, so I guess it wasn't a heating problem. I don't think it was a power surge or anything, lights and clocks are fine and always on...

That's happened? Tell me, how can I know? I don't want to do that while I'm doing something important next time...
Thanks in advance for your answers.

It could be the problem hardware or a problem with Windows. If you are looking for event viewer and check the date and this problem occurred, you will see the error there and you could see what was the cause.

If it states that he just stop unexpectly, it could be due to hardware problem.

  • 2-3 days after the expiry of my warranty of one year, my computer turns off suddenly during use. I rebooted, but it stopped again.

2-3 days after the expiry of my warranty of one year, my computer turns off suddenly during use.  I rebooted, but it stopped again.

The model is that the computer runs for 15-30 minutes, then suddenly stops, the system reboots, runs for 2-3 minutes, stops, restarts, spans less than a minute, stops, restarts, stop after a few seconds, etc., and at that time there I give until the next day when I repeat the same cycle all over.    I have Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit and it is a model of Dell Inspiron 518.  There is no error message but a beep at startup upward.  I ran Windows repair program 'Start' who did a restore without success.  The problem occurs even in Safe Mode.

Does anyone have a guess as to what is the diagnosis?  Thank you.

    Hello

Could be hardware or even heat and ventilation the related. Try using a small fan to increase ventilation. When a PC
Remove ALL power and reinstall the memory, all cards and cables (do just not shake - remove and replace-)
cables on both ends where possible).

As it does in Mode safe so you probably need technical support in a real store of the computer - no Peeks/leeks at BestBuy or other large shopping areas. Very difficult to solve if it does not remain under tension.
It remains under tension if you start from the disc of Vista?

  • HP Pavilion DV7 turns off suddenly when running

I sincerely hope that you can help me or point me please in the direction from where can I get support for this problem.

I bought a HP Pavilion DV7 - 3180us Entertainment Notebook to the United States in 2010.  I now live in England.

My problem is that my laptop keeps turning off randomly without warning.

Is my product number: WA718UA #ABA, my OS is Windows 7 64 bit.

I ran each test component (HP System Diagnostics), all items sent with the exception of the hard.

My test log shows the following error codes:

    PLQ36M-53L6M6-XD002J-Q2BX03

    PLQ36M-53L6M6-XD002J-61BK03

    PLQ36M-53L6M6-XD002J-61TT03

    PLQ36M-53L6M6-XD002J-61TT03

    PLQ36M-53L6M6-XD002J-60 CT 03

    My BIOS:

    F.1D, 10/05/2010

I bought and tried a new battery, but this does not resolve the issue.

(Any time), I use a Cooler Master NotePal U3 Laptop Cooler with fans positioned where my laptop gets hotter (down the laptop, when the laptop is in its normal in good position, the hot zone going from the upper left corner (about where is the power button), to down to about the caps lock key; the width of the side left on the F3 key). (This also does not resolve the issue.)

I'm looking forward to your reply.

Finally got support from HP (for some reason, my phone and my other half phone just kept to end the call when I tried to call, even if we had enough credit, could finally operate using Skype as Skype allows free 1-800 numbers even if you use Skype from the United Kingdom).

In case it helps someone else out there he said:

Only the fact that I have recently updated my BIOS would help with overheating problems. Any overheating problems that I knew could not be due to (for example) the motherboard or graphics card, etc. That it may be wise to have my radiator and fan replaced.

Mainly: (no surprises) should I have my hard drive replaced ($155 - $200).

For a person living in the United States the total costs (disk hard, heat sink and fan) would be $ 200 to $ 300 (cost of labor and shipping included).

  • Z510 turns off suddenly

    Hello
A year ago, I bought a computer laptop lenovo z510.

Today, I have a problem that concerns me. After using 3 or 4 hours on my laptop battery suddenly off without notice or low battery alarm, when the pressure gauge indicates remaining 70% (for example).

What is the main problem and how can I solve this problem?

the battery is hurt? (I usually use with balanced and connected mode).

    (I use win 8.1)

In response to customer relationships of unexpected problems with the performance of the batteries portable Z500 and Z510, Lenovo made an update of the firmware of battery available via download on the Lenovo Forums.

This battery firmware is intended to solve unexpected load following symptoms when a Z500 and Z510 mobile phone is turned on:

    • Battery is dead

    • Battery is not detected

    • Battery is detected and charged 100%, but when the power is removed, the laptop turns off immediately

    • When the battery is fully charged and the AC power is removed, the battery level falls considerably less than 10 minutes

Please note a procedure step by step for the upgrade of the firmware is included in the .zip file, found in the file "ReadMe".
