• Get Kuler Klash on the old and the new profile - help?

  I used to use Kuler color often and came back to her with confidence today only to find a Kuler Klash. Profile again recreated by thread, I found. Old profile is lost in the ether somewhere - new gets kuler klash. Is there a routine to deal with this? It already has cost me a lot of wasted time and frustration. Help please?

  I am unable to connect to Adobe Kuler or color.  When I try to color the window themes in illustrator, I get the message to either be offline or the server is busy.  Need to Kuler for lesson in class.

  Try help > Sign Out and sing and then again to your creative cloud account. Maybe even several times.

  In Illustrator, you must have your color libraries won or at least some you have favored on the Web site - did you already do that? You get no content default color in the color themes, you will still need your own.

• to access the kuler in illustrator

  I just installed the latest version of the adobe Illustrator and cannot access Kuler.  Any tips?

  1. the Kuler was working on the previous version of AICC?

  2. If the answer above is Yes, then could you please try this

  (a) help > Signout and then exit the application.

  (b) sign again, I quit

  (c) restart to see if Kuler works.

  (3) try to erase the preferences of the AI and start HERE to see the State of the Kuler Panel.

• Extensions Exchange and Kuler, unable to connect costs to install CC products

  I just installed CC yesterday (PS, ID, I, PR, FL, DW, LR, AE, Exchange and a few others). After the success of the download and installation, nothing in the extensions Panel will load. Of course, I have that Kuler and Exchange at the moment but, no connects to any product. The product of Exchange will connect stay but the extension won't. Here is a screen-cap of the window. Any suggestions? I already checked the "allow the Exchange to connect" button is checked in all products.

  I got your email, but unfortunately there was no attached zip file.

  -The fact that your AdobeOnlineDefault registry value is set to 0 is most likely the problem.

  Set this value to 0 tells the Adobe Extensions to "do not connect to the Internet" - and 1 configuration allows extensions to connect to the Internet. It is very curious that this value is set to 0 in your registry - perhaps another extension on your machine previously set this property to 0 without intending to influence the other extensions. Can you try changing this value to 1, by restarting your computer and then by opening the Panel change once again?

  If it still does not work, try to send the newspapers for me and I'm going to continue the investigation.

• Kuler does more work in InDesign CS4

  Hello

  I've been Googling this much but have not yet found a solution (work). I found a link to what could be a solution, but the link no longer works.

  I am a computer scientist in an office where we have a small team of four people using Adobe Creative Suite 4. They contacted recently ask me for help because he was no longer the Kuler working for them (he stopped working for four).

  I installed InDesign CS4 on my own machine to see that does not work for me either. The error message is 'no internet connection detected. Your computer must be online in order to find or to access kuler themes.

  When I go to Windows-> Extensions-> connections I am able to connect, but not able to search for updates, I just get "the update server is unavailable."

  When you run the Kuler Air app I just get 'kuler klash, please try again later '.

  Because we are a large company, us have they of course antivirus and firewalls. To ensure that the problem is not for this reason, I have installed InDesign on a machine (server) on a completely different network with firewall less strict and no antivirus on the computer, but it's just the same error as before.

  Our machines are running Windows 7 Enterprise (the additional test was done on a Windows Server 2012).

  Kuler just stopped working for CS4?

  Looking forward to a clarification on this issue.

  The Kuler team recently rebuilt the backend of the service for reasons of performance, maintenance and security Kuler.  (the old back-end was showing signs of failure).

  It seems in any case, the new backend does not work with old Kuler APIs (CS3, CS4 and the soft air widget and mac).  Adobe generally supports up to two versions of return.  For the moment, it's CS5 or newer.  Therefore, I fear that it is unlikely that you can expect a fix for CS4.

  At this point, your team can use the application to browse, create web and research themes.  They can also download themes as ASE files (on the site) for import into InDesign CS4.

  I can connect you it to my account Kuler to Kuler in InDesign, or any other creative all my saved swatches? I see that you have access to those appearing on the homepage, but I want one that I saved acess.

  Currently the Kuler Panel does not support connect from more Creative Software. Again, you can use your themes recorded in InDesign have ASE and download them from the Web site to import in InDesign (http://kuler.adobe.com/links/kuler_help.html#Colors) or using the Kuler desktop AIR application .

• CS5 Kuler Extension: responsible registered themes?

  I can easily put themes, and I inferred that are saved in the Support/Adobe/CS5ServiceManager/preference/csxs2.pref ~/Libarary/Application\, but there seems to be no way to load them back once again into the GUI of Kuler. Can someone explain this?

  You must select the item "Saved" in the menu dropdown. You may also need to update the control panel (icon in the Middle bottom).

  

• Kuler Krumbling

  Oh my! Kuler is krumbling! Unless I go at random, I get nothing (my kuler load most recent first page) and get a "communication error with server. Is this a problem that others are experiencing?

  UPDATE:

  If you experience frequent messages "communication error with the server:

  -If this happens when you load the kuler site, but are not yet connected:
  This is a known bug and is fixed in the new version to come.

  What to do: click on the user interface of kuler behind the error message, or try clicking on the error message that it self. The message should disappear, then click on the navigation on the left somewhere, and in the rest of the site should load.

  -If this happens when you connect, it is also a known bug and has been fixed for the next version.

  What to do: no easy solution when I get this (error msg + no password/username found sign in the area), I find myself refreshing or open another browser and try again, a mixture of things, and eventually I get. Thanks for your patience on this bad bug.

  We have isolated the problem with the Bureau of AIR Kuler and have solved the problem. To get the application running again, you will need to uninstall your current version and then install the latest version. You can find the latest version on the homepage kuler.adobe.com. • Mail and gmail don't agree in the Sierra, once again.

  I had resolved all the gmail against messaging problems in El Capitan, but after upgrading to Sierra problems are back.

  When I write and send an e-mail message, I find myself with a project in gmail attached to the messages thread which is waiting, despite having sent in Mail. The message is sent, but it remains as a draft in gmail. If I delete those, I'm deleting my copy of the message sent in gmail, but if I send them from gmail I'll send the same e-mail twice.

  Any who see other related issues with Mail and gmail to disagree again?

  I noticed that they have changed the settings in mail preferences you must specifically choose folder where you want to that mail to store drafts in. I have changed (back) to save them locally, which is always annoying, but I hope it will help with future messages, but what about all these projects message already sent? If I remove them, gmail sync sent versions of mail or delete?

  How did the years and years pass, and Apple can't do gmail and work well together? Is not gmail so widely used they would have fixed this now?

  I have problem with my IMAP accounts additional air currents. I suggest that you create a new user to test.

  Try to set up a test account, see if the problem is global, or just linked to your account.

  CREATE A NEW USER

  Go to system-> Preferences, create a new user in users and groups.

  Switch to the new user by logging incoming/outgoing or use the fast user switching.

  You can skip signature with your Apple ID, unless you test iCloud Mail.

  By default only the applications Apple will be in the dock in the new user. Go to Applications to open other apps, that you can test.

  If you see the same question in the new user, report it to the comments of the Apple in order to be connected and put in the queue to be fixed.
