  You don't say what modal dialog gives you bad.

  I guess that you don't talk about your own ModalDialog CSXS. You should have no problem with it.

  If you use no script or ScriptUI modal dialog boxes, these pose a problem, as the integrated modal dialog boxes.

  The only thing that UserIteractionLevels done is prevent some modal dialog boxes popping up while a script is running. He's not the modaless.

  You On-The-Fly reports is enabled in the options of your report? I created the sample VI to run in a new thread and set a breakpoint later in the sequence. At this point, in the base_dn with my movie file folder, I got a report_Tmp.xml file that contains the part of the report up to date.

  I want to create a dialog box containing a few questions requiring a response from the user. I tried to use the app.response () method, but it can show a question and an entry field (for the user to answer the question) at a time.

  The 'app.alert ()' method can recover a 'yes', 'No', 'OK' or 'cancel the answer.

  The "app.response ()" method can retrieve a text string.

  The "app.popupMenu ()" and "app.popupMenuEx ()" may return a selected item.

  The "app.execDialog ()" method can collect any number of data items in the text fields, check boxes, drop-down list, or buttons.

  I have a dialog box alert two basic button... "Are you sure you want to do this?  YES or NO."

  Everything works very good about it but take button YES that focus so if you accidentally press the RETURN key, YES is what is pressed. I want to have the button NOT to be investigated, there is no accidental confirmation Yes unless the user clicks on specifically on YES. I put emphasis on a variety of different components, but I can't find information on how to do this, or if this is possible. Any ideas?

• Stop the execution of a loop in a structure of the event

  I tried searching the forums to avoid posting a duplicate, but more I couldn't open most of the vi as they were higher.

  I put in a dummy while loop in an event structire I intend to use. Once I have begin to execute the while loop, I am not able to stop using a control for some reason any the fornt panel control.

  I am not able to change the vale of the shutdown command at all. I tried to create a separate event for the STOP, and I still couldn't stop the program when the While loop was running.

  I guess I'm missing something really small. I would appreciate your comments on this.

  Right-click on the structure of the event and choose 'edit events' in the case that gives you bad.

  Make sure that the check box lock the front panel is not checked.

  I suspect that yours is checked, so your front is locked until the end of the event, so you can never stop your loop.

  As JoeWilliams56 says, it's a BIOS password. To reset the password, you can either remove the battery CMOS for quite awhile, say a minute or two (make sure that the main power is off during this period).

  In addition, most desktop computers have Cap BIOS reset setting on the motherboard. Definition the CAP to restore mode clears the BIOS and the password is removed. In laptops, the CAP is absent; Instead, jumper PIN must be bypassed manually. For this step, see the computer user/service manual.

  Well, I found out how, using the Install.exe in the uncompressed driver package, there is an option to the traditional Mode and dynamic Mode. Traditional way, that's what I had and I was able to add the printer.
