• Where are the profiles of missing in Lightroom CC 2015.1 Canon lenses?

  Lens profiles for Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 and Canon EF - S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 lack in Lightroom CC 2015.1 even if they were there in Lightroom 5.x. They are no longer present in the lens profile menu drop-down. Where have they gone?

  Objective JPEG profiles are not provided for the Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 and Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 and perhaps other lenses. That is why the list is shorter. You will need the Lens profile Downloader allows you to add profiles from JPEG lenses for these lenses.

  Try the preview of 5 images at once.

  Recognition of the faces of the opening will be imported as keyword in Lightroom.

  So where is it? I thought it was supposed to be in cc and not 6.1.  I have CC on my laptop and my desktop computer and or dehaze.  I have a colleague who also has some cc and also does not have it.  Is there some esoteric ritual that I have to perform in order to turn it on?

  Make sure you actually running LR CC 2015.1.1.  Help > System Info - what is the exact version?  Mine says "version of Lightroom: CC 2015.1.1 [1032027] '.

  I just almost had a heart attack. I was editing photos and jumps between devleop and Slideshow module... when running a slide show, a beige screen appeared instead of the photo so I pressed "ESC" to exit the slideshow full screen and photos have started to get the exclamation sign and possibly the photographs showed no... I right click on the folder where pictures are stored and click on synchronize folder... After that all development settings have been removed and there is no pictures in the current catalog... I went to the file - open recent - Untitled.lrcat... He opened all the photos but without adjustments and collections... The last backup I have is 4 months... is possible to restore the catalog to an earlier version of the backup of 4 month?

  So on the next day after the answer above, I thought a possible that might arise the problem you encountered.

  If the disk containing the photos suddenly and unexpectedly been physically disconnected while you work (because something hit the connecting cable, or the cable is not correctly connected, or perhaps a failing drive), this could cause what you saw. It does not really help resolve the problem, however, I don't think there is a fix at this stage.

• How can I return to my photos from the event? Have lack symbol of photos in Lightroom.

  LR experiments for a few weeks. Am now unable to access tools on the right side of the page development. Histogram shows 'photo is missing' and when I open the tools, they are grey. I have a corrupted file? Can't open the export in the file section of LR too.

  The USB needs to be connected when you are working with your photos. You can safely disconnect and reconnect later if you wish.

  You can also create smart previews so the USB does not need to be connected when change you (but it would still need to be connected for export, printing, creation of book).

• Canon 60 d with EF-S 15-85 IS USM lack of profile of lenses in Lightroom 4

  It is a combination of kit Canon and it seems odd it is not included in the profile of Canon for the correction of the goal.  The EF-S 10-22 IS USM lens is there is not an objective of kit and quite expensive.  Did I miss a step, or do I have to download additional lenses to Adobe?  I prefer not having to download someone assumed that the creator of the profile if I can avoid it.

  It is included, but it's a raw profile only.

  I tried to synchronize the 2000 pictures of my iPhone 6 s + LR Office.  It has been three evenings of babysitting this process, and it's even lower to half way through.  I'm on the last iOS10 and iCloud as library lit.  Using the latest versions of LR (2015.7 CC on desktop) and 2.5.2 on iPhone

  Three key questions:

  • LR Mobile used 6.04 GB of space
    (and I had not quite free, so synchronization kept at a standstill until I manually deleted important applications)
    
    I think LR do not use this extra space - I take lots of photos and keep that much free space.
    
    
  • Download happens only when LR Mobile is in the foreground
    When the lock screen comes up or I going on apps, pictures stop sync'ing
    
    It's annoying seriously - many other applications photos most popular have had reliable background downloading for 3 years.
    
    
  • Download speed seems to slow down unexpectedly
    I expect my office to receive the file as fast as my local Wifi network can manage (i.e. at least one photo per second)
    Instead, it looks more like a photo every 10-20 s
    
    I agree with Creative cloud being finally compatible - I want to have these photos ready to change it as soon as POSSIBLE.
    
    This seems almost reasonable if LR Mobile Download the full resolution of iCloud photo library, then re - download to CC and then download to the desktop.  Almost.
    Download my internet connection usually at 50Mbps speed tests / 10 Mbps upload.
    
    But add the speed of slow synchronization as well as the synchronization does not not in background, and it's kind of a show stopper.
    
    

  I like the idea of having my phone automatically synchronize with LR Desktop.  The magical promise sounds so much better than to have to remember to manually import photos; However, in practice, creative cloud synchronization does not seem to work pretty well.

  I think the problem is the lack of space on your Phone.Check how much space looms as being available in Lr App.

  It is planned to Lr mobile to take a maximum of 10 dry to synchronize each image that it's the full Res DNG(if opted) sync.
