Lag (not responding) right click on the Desktop Win8 files
Whenever I do a right-click on any file, explorer.exe rises "is not responding.
This happens everytime I use a mouse, I restarted, (tried Safe Mode, which was impossible to do), and it's happened since I received the (new) laptop January 2013, and as far as I know I have no viruses (using AVG).

With regard to the option ATI;
This option is displayed only by using Windows XP.

What about the battery time;
Battery working time depends on the use of the laptop and the battery.
If you are running high-performance applications then the battery will last longer, not as an hour.
You can extend the battery, time to work if you would be less light the brightness of the screen and would use a stronger battery with the value of my superior. -

With regedit , you can see a lot of extensions of files known, for example, HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.txt for txtfile. To get rid of the "new extension" option in all of the folders that you can rename the key HKCR\.txt\ShellNew to HKCR\.txt\ShellNew.disabled or similar.
Some applications can open empty files, for example, Notepad can open a (new) empty text file. For the purposes of C:\windows\shellnew which is indicated by an empty string (REGSZ) NullFile. -

Make a right click on the desktop icon generates the error
Besides, right-clicking on any icon in Windows Explorer, open the same window "Microsoft... has encountered a problem and needs to close." Looks like the registry, or something, is corrupt.
ShellExView has been amazing! It took less than 5 minutes to locate and correct the problem. I had on package extensions (40) - found the culpret in the second group of (10). Turns out I've been using Powerdesk (a Dead Ringer for Windows Explorer for maybe 10 years). Disabling the Extension "Powerdesk ZIP" solved the problem. Windows Explorer and PowerDesk (which wasn't too) will work perfectly.
I know not what affects the tell-abling "Powerdesk ZIP Extension" will have, but I can try to install the software - it is possibly corrupt.
Thank you very much.
