Outlook Express has been installed with the English language. Yesterday (29/10/2010, the spelling checker gave me the words only French.) Choose Options on the Tools tab normally would allow me to reselect English - BUT THE ONLY AVAILABLE LANGUAGE IS FRENCH. I don't see/understand how this would have changed. Any Solutions or Suggestions to get this reset to ENGLISH?
