Laptop HP 15-r104ne: I can't find my product from HP laptop

Hi all

I just bought all new laptop to work and travel, I tried to look only to my HP laptop disks, but I found nothing.

The same as the HP support center I typed my produect number and also used the auto detection option but it seems he found nothing.

HP Type: HP PC laptop 15-r104ne

Problem: Cannot download disks like bluetooth, wifi, nothing works
