  Hi Philipp, who is not the problem, I forgot to mention that I uninstalled and reinstalled the browser that many times and that didn't work also. Thanks for trying to help. I tried but in desperation yet something, I uninstalled firefox and all my personal info (after export my favorites) and did a clean install and it worked.
