Lately, I have a blank page that appears whenever I go out a program. Also shows instead of my desktop. How can I get rid of it permanently?

When I turn on the computer, this charge as it should be and my desk top shows. Then this white page, full screen appears and I have to press the arrows in the bottom left of the taskbar that brings up a list, and then click 'show desktop' to access e-mail, etc, I can then go to what I chose, but as soon as I leave what I chose, the white page appears , and the process begins again. I have tried to get rid of it, but am at my wits end and went like it. Nothing works, and I don't know where to look to find the solution!

Hi ElizabethReynolds,

(1) remember you to make changes prior to this problem?

(2) what version of Windows you are using on the computer?

Method 2:  Select the boot and then check if the problem persists

Follow step 1 in the link below,

If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

Important: n ' forget not to put the computer to a normal startup follow step 7 in the link.
