  Depends on what you have and the amount of length (a matter of time). The easiest way is to use the crop tool to get a page of value and save it, then repeat for the next page, etc. Once all pages are saved, you can back up their return. So you should use redax or such (print to a new PDF in a pinch) to remove the cropped parts. As I said, it's a bit long, but he can do the job. There are faster ways likely and possibly some products of 3 part that can do the job too.

  Firstly - I work in InDesign CC 2015.

  My problem is, I had this 10 page document, which, on every page, shows an object that must be in PDF format - but do not print. I made this object into a button and unchecked "Printable". On top of this object, I made 10 hyperlinks (separate layer) that point to the page 1-10.

  When you export the document and I use the interactive PDF format , works ' show nonprinting object but do not print ' well, BUT hyperlinks don't. If I uncheck the "layer of nonprinting objects" in the file PDF, then hyperlinks work, but the problem now is that the nonprinting objects are invisible...

  I put hyperlinks to post a link to pages and also tried the link to the anchor text. No difference.

  I have a site that has multiple pages and is growing. There are several elements (IE a photo and the menu cursor navigation) on every page that are the same. Currently, if I want to change the content in the navigation or the cursor, I need to change all html pages that is a lot of work. Is it possible to insert code into the index html pages not so that if I change the navigation index menu it will automatically change on the other pages?   There are several solutions:

  1. use server-side includes to you all contain common elements. I use them regularly for things like the HEAD content, content of a header, any element of Navigation, footer and containers of colophon.

  2. use Dreamweaver library items contain the same.

  3. use Dreamweaver templates to create your pages.

  #1 is by far the best way, but you must understand how the side server, and how they are set includes work in non scripted pages, or script pages, depending on what you are using.

  #2 is a better solution that #3, but one of them doing their work in DW in your files, which then need to be downloaded again to the server later.

  Acrobat 4 is not available as a free download from any authorized Adobe site. You use pirated software.

  Opening in the sidebar is the default value for the bookmarks created via a link or a button on a Web site.
  
  You can view the properties of a bookmark using the context menu in the side bar (Ctrl + B; Command + B on Mac).
  
  In the Bookmark Manager (Bookmarks > show all bookmarks) you can click on the button more in the lower details pane on the right.
  
  Make sure "Load this bookmark in the sidebar" is not selected.

  Dear Adobe experts,

  Is it possible to simultaneously flatten multiple files (in the comments on each separate file flattened)? Or is it possible to create a shortcut for the flattening of a PDF at the same time?

  I know of the Ctrl + Shift + X to open the preflight, and then from there I can flatten the file in use.

  You can do it by using an Action (via Tools - Wizard of the Action).

  Create a new Action that runs this JS code and save the file and then execute it right on your files:

  this.flattenPages();
  

  Just an aside: treatment of thousands of files like this may not work in a single process. You'll probably have to do it in batches.

  From my experience, nothing more than 500 files at once is a recipe for problems.

• Why not DC use multi hearts to OCR multiple pages at the same time?

  My only use for acrobat is scanning to PDF. Since the processors of today have 4 cores or more, why is it not possible to OCR multi-core? Scanning and OCR of 500 pages is extremely slow, I don't see why each kernel cannot make a page at the same time perhaps then he could cope with the scanning speed.

  I have 4 hearts and 16 GB of ram under DC win10 and it is as slow as my machine AMD Athlon dual core that was running XI under win7 and I would say the same thing as version 9 in xp.

  Whenever I've updated, I expect improved performance to find only "features" that are of little use to me and no speed or observable performance improvement.

  When can I expect this ability to be integrated with acrobat?

  Frankly, the current capacity of OCR in Acrobat is not designed for industrial power, such as 500 + documents scanned page work. The OCR function will need to be substantially updated to be a multithreaded and use multiple cores. It would also probably a version of Acrobat 64-bit Windows due to OCR address space requirements.

  In the meantime, if your document management needs include large amounts of work OCR PDF files, make you want to explore third-party solutions, stand alone or even Acrobat plug-ins server programs that can meet your requirements.
