• Add inventory tab in the left Nav of BCC

  We have a requirement where business users can play with the BCC inventory itself, we need to create a stock management tab in the left Nav of BCC (where the other tabs such as Administration, Merchandising, personalization content are displayed).
  
  We want this tab to open the JSP (on the right panel), using which user can set the SKU inventory directly.
  
  Pointers to above solution will be appreciated.

• Left Nav Question Halo CSS menu

  I created my first page with this template and filled the menu. Now if I do the other pages is the menu repopulate for each of them if I make a change to the index page?
  
  Sorry if I missed what is obvious, I do not see a separate file to change the menu and I don't want the site to become too big and have a hard time in the Edit menu.
  
  Any info would be great.

  This is my first time posting something on the Board of macromedia. I'm looking to create a personal Web site and first used frontpage (laughing), but then switched to dreamweaver. I like the style ' Halo Left Nav ', still need help. And Yes, I am a noob to dreamweaver.

• ITunes playlist list view

  Hey there,

  Currently, I use a Macbook Pro (mid-2012) with OS X El Capitan with Itunes v.12.4.1.6 v.10.11.5

  I would get all my playlists to be in list mode and I was able to change half of them before the recent updates (v.11 or v.12 I think). Now, I can't find a way to change the display.

  I usually use the playlist and not the song that I want to keep my grouped songs.

  I have attached two screenshots: I had to leave before the update (do not remember how I did it) and a duplicate from the update. As can be seen, I have not the drop-down menu on the upper right as people have suggested. I would be grateful all help and would like to have this problem fixed as soon as possible.

  Go to 'My music' - highlight your Playlist on the left nav bar - click on 'View' in the menu at the top of the page - click on 'Show the Options' select the display style and options of your choice.

• 12.4.1.6 iTunes - I can't view Album tiles

  Hello.

  My default opening screen for iTunes used to be albums in alphabetical order, represented in the form of tiles of icon showing the cover of the album (May 24 on the opening screen).

  I went to v 12.4.1.6 a couple of weeks.  This option seems to have disappeared and I can't for the life of me find.  Can anyone help?

  Click on 'My music' > click on "Albums" under library on the left Nav bar > on the Top Menu click on 'View' > click 'View the Options' > select 'Show as Grid '.

• Why do I get this error:? Permission denied for my {URL} call the UnnamedClass.toString method on.

  When I click on links to external sites on my site, I get the following error, like 5 times, and yet, it always opens the other site after clicking the OKs. For example, click on "Host Hotel' on the left NAV.

  Norton Toolbar is the culprit. I work with Norton to get addressed.

  I found a working answer to the Microsoft web site. A record appropriate to the real problem-solvers to the destination address.

  There is a registry key that captures the State of the State of opening and closing of the main files in the Explorer on the left Nav-component, which can be set in the left of the Explorer, Explorer closed to set the key "reg", then the value of reg key manually turned to unalterable. Now when you open occasionally these folders as Favorites or your user ID (or several program file is more problematic / parameters of the open dialog box will open your user folder), after having turned regkey unalterable, when Explorer or application of file dialog box is closed, the expanded NavPane records regkey is not re-written, staying at your preferred expanded state / collapsed.

  State information about the left NavPane of Explorer are stored in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Modules\NavPane registry key. If you delete the value of registry ExpandedState, the next time you open the browser it will show the tree 'by default' State.

  A user also wrote a batch text file (so you can see each line of code to see what it does) to allow you to explore the value as you wish, then turn to the State of NavPane read-only to preserve the State indefinitely. The batch script also allows you to reset the features to windows default (turn the read/write registry key) and so on.

  As a feature add-on to what precedes, I understand this info because the comma/space syntax is different for Win7 vs. WinXP / other versions which is well documented on the web sites. This sytnax opens the Explorer to your file preferred, separate records that are expanded / collapsed with the answer provided to the direct question of this thread, but usually directly related to the objective of opening explore according to your specific needs.

  Here are the command line parameters to further open Explorer to a directory preferred in Win7 32-bit Home Premium. Create a shortcut with this command as a target line: C:\Windows\explorer.exe explore/e/root, / select "C:\". ","C:\PreferredDataDir ".

  Replace C:\PreferredDataDir with of course your favorite directory, including only a reference to the root of C:\ or a different drive letter if you prefer on a subdirectory. The specified root option still allows access to drive E: etc, unlike the desired effect added to the possibility of limiting traffic only within the specified root, which may work on other versions of Windows.

  But inside the Menu-2 & the symbol menu-3 frame, I put stop action is "sym.stop ()";

  Here, I created a button inside the symbol menu-1, when I click on this button, it should play animation menu-2.

• Need someone with experience using the Google font!

  Make my first website using the Google font... love it! BUT I have a problem! Since then, I use a condensed font of Google, when I'm using the "split" in Dreamweaver... Dreamweaver does not actually display the police - have to do on the server because it must locate the Google font. So what is happening, he police no longer appears wide while I'm working in Dreamweaver and causing the divs to move around. Not a problem because as it appears on the server, BUT the shift of the divs overlaps the area that I need to work! Kindof hard to explain. So here's a screenshot. The word "Member" in the top left nav pushes the sidebar on the right, exactly where I need to add/edit content. Again, I KNOW it will look LIKE very well once the server when fonts are rendered using the more condensed font of Google. But will make very difficult work on these pages. Someone at - there experience this problem?

  Dreamweaver search "Design Time style sheets" help (F1).  Choose a comparable condensed font from the library of your system fonts.

  Just look through some of the models that come with DW... have noticed that the layout divs (container to the left nav Panel, Center content, footer, etc., etc.) using classes instead of ids. IOW, for example, the CSS is:

  .leftpanel - this class is the assigned to the div.

  Why not use:

  #leftpanel?

  After all, this class can eventually be used on the same page (the limitation of an id)?

  I was wondering if there is a benefit, or if it's just a whim of the person who designed the model?

  Models come with Dreamweaver are complete garbage. My advice to anyone who not to even bother with them, because they are overladened with the names of redundant huge selector and css that make them almost as useful as a bucket with a hole in the bottom of things.

  Your analogy is correct, UNLESS you intend to repeat a selector css on a page always use an 'id '.

  The person who designed these was obviously high on crack.

  I have a custom (for an introduction to WebHelp) skin, but I simply don't want to have the "mini bar". This is for the bar in the navigation with buttons like 'refresh', 'hide '...

  I want to have the left navi area, but the user simply should not be able to close it. I have found no checkbox in the settings of RoboHelp8 saying mini bar power.

  How can I hide the bar?

  You can also completely remove the minibar:

  Open whskin_frmset010.htm in your output.

  (Code to remove is in italics)

  Go to line 45 and replace

  strHTML += "'26,* \" hostof = \ "parent: minibar. navpane! startpage:no\"frameborder =------"0"border =------"0">';

  with

  strHTML += ""; "

  This completely removes the minibar. It's faster that what makes 1px, because the javascripts in the minibar always run when make you simply invisible.

• Help with my mobile menu bar on my Web page

  First of all, I'm been completely new to Web design and have no idea of what I'm doing then you will probably see post me a lot in the next weeks. Im trying to create a wepbage for our youthministry to church. The Web page is www.ccifuel.com. My first question is on the menu of navigation on this subject. He seems to be moving from one place to another when the web browser is growing and I would like to keep it in a fixed position on the image. How do I do that? My last question is what im trying to creat a form to collect email addresses to launch a newsletter in the box titled "join our mailing list!" but when I try to enter in a spry validation text field, he says, "you can't insert this widget into an editable... "and so on. Any idea how do that area locked so I can insert a form here or would there be a better way to do this? Thanks for all the help in advance!

  Your navigation menu is just what you told it to: absolutely position the div containing (outerWrapper).

  If you want to just above the image, I suggest pulling back inside the content div, position it relatively (remove the absolute), give it a top margin to match your 'top' and make it float to the right, like this:

  Note that I moved to the closing tag on the "header" from the navigation div. This keeps the contained value.

  This arrangement won't allow anything that exceeds the nav div, but you can put the material on the left NAV. And you can always place a background image in the header if you want something that crosses all the way that div.

  You could also play with your position absolute div as long as you place it inside another div... it will be absolutely positioned div container, always. But the AP elements are delicate, and I prefer to put in place a system of div tags that depend on each other in relative positioning.

• Game frameworks? 3... knock parts of content and banner... not banner now

  I'm really confused. I have imported many projects RH5 RH8 and another which was published items that have been created in RH7.

  These projects have a 3 display that I took for granted:

  Toolbar (the one that spans the width of a page) usually has the product logo integrated with 3 or 4 buttons on the left nav, and the Info on the far right the button info button opens a dialog box, I use to identify the company info)

  My last import, however, has only 2 parts... the component table of contents and toolbar buttons are crammed into a gray area at the top.

  How to change this behavior? I am looking at the WebHelp skin Editor. I imported skins 2 of previous projects, but none of my antics seem to get the Senior Executive to appear. I don't see any "frames" to import from other projects. Why can't I enter the 3-game framework for executives in this project?

  I even created a new project using the HTML HR Assistant (webhelp) and, unfortunately, it has, also, only 2 frames. The "senior officer" in the opinion of WebHelp Skin Editor somehow gets piled up in the area of the little nav in the upper part of the frame of the TOC.

  I vote for the 508 parameter. Change the unique recipe Source Layout and ensure that section 508 is not activated.
