  Just a few key notes the touchstone works only via the wall charger and the touchstone of cable is properly connected as indicated in the article.  Also, when you remove the backcover of the Meadow, take note of the node double copper just below the battery, as well as on the back of the backcover.  Make sure there is no debris or whatever it is concealing them.  Otherwise, need try an another touchstone backcover.
