• My iPhone is not show in iTunes

  I am also having the same problem with my iPod. The iPhone is a 5 c, the iPod is a 5G. They have the latest version of the software, and iTunes on my PC is up to date as well. I tried restarting the PC and devices, I tried different USB ports, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the device drivers.

  I have not uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes yet, because I really do not have to rebuild my library of songs and lose all my counters and others.

  Any suggestions?

  Hello! If your devices running iOS 9, make sure that iTunes on your computer is v. 12.3 or higher. Earlier versions will not detect your device.

  Also, take a look at troubleshooting basic steps proposed by Apple.

• Last episode of podcast is not showing in iTunes Store

  I help my launch marries a podcast, and we are still pretty new to the process.  We noticed that her last episode, posted 6 days ago appears in the my iTunes Podcasts section, as well as on the application of Podcasts on my iPhone.  However, it is not yet displayed in the iTunes Store.

  No idea if it's just a slow process in the iTunes store, or if maybe we goofed something up on top of our end?

  I just opened iTunes today and all my music purchased/downloaded earlier is no longer available, it seems right that it has been deleted! Before today, I could see everything and play when connected to WiFi. Now, iTunes is just show music I bought recently on my iPhone.

  Can I subscribe to iTunes game, the service from Apple that makes your iTunes library available in iCloud for access to your computers and devices?

  If so, in iTunes, you must be signed using your Apple ID.  If you are not, only music 'offline' (song file locally on the computer store) will be available.

• More recent episode not showing in itunes

  The first two episodes of my podcast appeared fine on itunes, but the newest one seems do not introduce themselves! I checked with Wordpress (where I host RSS feeds blog) and I refreshed the stream of Podcast Connect. There is no problem on both ends, no idea why it does not appear?

  It is not really possible to comment unless you do not want to publish the URL of your feed two and the page of the shop - the latter can be found in control-click on the image of podcast (or where it should be) - and choosing "copy link".  Please include http:// in both cases to make clickable links.

• Photo not showing in iTunes library

  I don't see any photo library inside iTunes-> phone-> photos.
  My complete collection of photos or any newly created test library can be selected in the option "copy photos since.

  I don't know if this question is related to the last update of macos 10.11.2 or some old files cleaning I do recently.

  Anyone know what's missing?

  BTW, Photos.app works without problem. I tried to create a new test library and set as a system library, but the result is the same.

  Icloud event library synchronization on the test library has no effect.

  You have activated the photo library, you use with Photos in the photo library of the system? In the Photos > Preferences > General.

  "Use as system library" option should be grayed out, indicating that the current library is the library system.

  

• iPhone, iPad Air 2 not recognized by iTunes

  Very frustrated right now. Given that Apple's Support is not in contact with return despite requests, the story will go here. I have Windows 10, iPhone 6 + and iPad Air 2. Last weekend I was invited to and did pass to iTunes 12.5.1.21. Plugged my iPhone 6 +. Not recognized by iTunes; 'sync' gray. Tried the same thing with my iPad 2 Air. Same result. I get no error message.  Here are my troubleshooting - what I'm missing, Apple?

  1. Lightning card Checked, works fine with other devices.
  2. Rebooted PC.
  3. Rebooted IPhone.
  4. Restarted iPad Air 2.
  5. I've tried different start up sequences (start iTunes connect manually; first)
  6. Went to 'Upgrade device via Device Manager' - these devices are working properly.
  7. Updated my iPhone and iPad 2 air for iOS 10 successfully.
  8. Apple email support; 48 hours later they gave me another email address for contact.
  9. Chose the Contact Apple Support via phone option - screen "we will call you - your phone will ring at any time.  Still waiting for the phone to ring.
  10. From Discussions on Apple's site with troubleshooting tips, have tried all suggestions with no luck - If iTunes does not recognize your iPhone, iPad or iPod - Apple Support.
  11. I even opened and closed the blinds completely throughout my house to see if that would help.  Go figure.
  12. The last resort on them, says "Contact Apple support" - see #9 above.  Twice.

  Apple-Support - What should I do at this point?  I'm all ears, and Android is looking better and better during my next upgrade.

  Happy to report that I finally found a position that has fixed this. Someone has to give Community contributor turingtest2 a price, they had an incredible post in communities that have corrected my problem.  See below for the excellent suggestions.

  I created a new photo album in iPhoto, and this album does not appear in iTunes under the photos when I'm syncing my phone.  an album has 836 photos also but in iTunes when I sync the same album shows that there are only 736 photos... Why are the new photos not added?

  This can happen if the iPod Photo Cache in your iPhoto library is corrupted.

  What version of iPhoto do you have?

  Try to remove the iPod Photo Cache in your iPhoto library, such as described here - see the link: iTunes: understand the folder iPod Photo Cache

  And try to synchronize again.

  Make sure that iTunes is up to date.

  Select the sidebar if hidden. View options > view as may depend on which of the options for the song, artist, album, etc. are selected in the sidebar.

• New itunes install. All the songs are on an external hard drive. A lot of songs do not show up in itunes, but they are in the folder on the external drive.

I copied the .itl to the new itunes folder. I also tried holding down - from itunes shift - select a library.   See make a library of portable split. Have you copied the correct .itl file, or should you connect an external hard disk .itl file? If you can find the correct .itl, it should have all your songs and playlists. See the empty/corrupted after upgrade/crash iTunes library when the library has been altered for the first time with the new system. If you have to start creating your new library in an iTunes folder to the root of the external drive and move all the media inside... \iTunes\iTunes Media before adding to the library.

• ATV 4 Home sharing not showing upward after 10.11.14 / iTunes 12.3.3

  I don't know which update borked... my home iTunes 12.3.3 or El Cap 10.11.14 sharing capabilities. House share used to work before each update. I've tried everything. Does not appear in iTunes, my ATV4 or one of my iDevices. Sharing used to be an option on my iOS devices, but even this is no longer an option because it does not have access.

  Can anyone help? I can't look at one of my home movies, etc..

  Content stream using home sharing

  You can listen to music, movies, TV shows, photos, and other iTunes content from a computer or device to your Apple TV iOS. The device and the Apple TV must be configured to use the same iTunes account.

  Set up a computer. In iTunes, go to file > home sharing and select turn on home sharing. Enter your Apple ID and password, and then click Activate home sharing.
