When I had to update a single host to 6.0 and tried to connect in the HA cluster I had an error. The reconfiguration process goes to 100% and fails with an error of operation time-out. I tried to reboot the host, to remove from the cluster, to uninstall the agent. No results. I can't understand.

  Now, I temporarily stopped the upgrade with the other guests to save the HA cluster.

  Any ideas how to fix?

  It seems that restarting HA agents on all the hosts (or reconfigure all the hosts for vSphere HA in client GUI) solves the problem.

The good news is that you can simply delete the "install Mac OS X" install app in the Applications folder on your Mac. Then you can open the Mac App Store when you're ready to update and restart the download from the tab updates or searching through the Mac App Store for El Capitan.   I have a MacBook Pro (15 inch, early 2011) which works very well on the Mountain Lion for a long time. I finally got round to upgrading to El Capitan last week: directly to 10.11.6.   In order to change the URL of the new tab:

  1. Enter Subject: config in the address bar
  2. Accept the warning
  3. Find the line browser.newtab.url
  4. Double-click the value (present value should be https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/40.0.2/firstrun/) and enter another URL or on: newtab
     
  5. Click OK and close all: config tab

  The pref browser.newtab.url does more than 41 of Firefox.
