  I develop a VI that requires a mathscript node (to replace a matlab question). I build two different machines; one in the lab and the other in my office. It has necessary external functions. I put these functions in the same place under My Data Documents\Labview on both computers. After that I configured the search paths, it works on a machine, but not the other.   I copied the Paths.jsx from Adobe Photoshop CS5 Scripting reference Javascript, p. 141.  It works OK.  It is a path which is the outline of an ice cream cone and caressing it with the current foreground color.

  I then tried to fill in the path and who doesn't.  I tried the 3 methods by using the following additional codes and changing from false to true:

  They do as say the comments.  None of them not what I expected.  For the second way, the error message is:

  1. I do not understand why only the part of the cream of the cone is filled or selected (the third table).  I can manually make a selection from the path to the PS and it also only selects the part of the ice cream.  All lines are scratched.  Only the upper part is filled or selected.

  I can provide the script if necessary.  I'm an experienced programmer but new Photoshop scripts.  Is this a bug or I do something wrong?

  It is not a bug. The path that you created has 3 open subpaths with two lines. Barrier does not work on open lines. It will fill the arches open and/or closed paths.

  One way to fill the cone would be to create as a point three closed the path instead of only two lines.

  In photoshop CS3, I create a simple closed path, like a triangle.  I select a color.  Then I select 'Path of complete' in the menu and then press 'OK '.  The area outside the triangle is filled with color.  I can't understand how to complete the Interior of the triangle.  There is no option in the dialog box "Fills the path" that defines whether you want to fill the inside or the outside.  I can make a selection of the path then fill inside or outside using, select > Inverse.

  It is possible that in the options bar, you selected the button subtract from path box instead of the button Add to the path box when creating your path. This would produce results you describe...

  Make sure any DVD/CD or USB keys are not connected or set F assignments or beyond (MY DVD is S & T).

  Shut down the computer; power off. Disconnect the old drive (now D). Connect the new drive (now a copy of the old D). Power and boot to the desktop. Go into disk management and make sure the drive that contains Windows, the original C drive is always c. assign the new drive as D. Reboot the desktop. Check operation.

  Shut down the computer; power off. Plug the old drive. Restart the desktop computer. Enter Disk Management and assign it to E.

  Restart, then check the operation.

• Burning adobe file with paths to dvd pro

  Good morning people,

  I am trying to burn a PDF file to the disk created in Acrobat XI (ver. 11.0.13), which refers to the files in a folder on the root of the drive.  I can't change the path of the file, so that when it is on a disk and given to someone else, they are able to open the reference to click on a bookmark file.  I was able to do this in the past, but I think it may have been before we have improved our Acrobat.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi Shane,

  If we open a file option it will always refer to place in which it was created first. In this case, what I burn the PDF file on a disk, I suggest you use the option to attach a file in comment toolset. By going this way, it will add a clipper icon where you want this link.
