I'm not back in itunes that I assumed that the cloud was working as I was getting messages about it being comprehensive. I know I should have checked.

  The phone, which is damaged by water is being repaired (chemical bath) try to clean and put to work again so I can get some pictures.

  Someone has an experience that might give me some ideas on where Devil moved my photos. Can they be recovered/retrieved. I am at a total loss. There is not a single image there but apple saying my photostream has been saved... + 300 pictures. Help!

  My library of music on my PC (content downloaded CDs and downloaded items from the store) seems empty.  I tried to download files from an application when it happened. Is it possible to sync with my iPod that gets the music between iPod and computer?

  First of all, you should check your drive for multimedia files to your iTunes.  You can get an 'empty' iTunes library, if the file to iTunes (which is usually called iTunes Library.itl) library database is corrupted.  The iTunes Library file keeps track of your songs and where their music files are stored on your drive.  If this file is corrupted, iTunes starts with a brand new iTunes library file, which is empty.

  However, your media files real iTunes can still be stored on your disk and perfectly fine.  The default location for the iTunes Media folder (unless you change it) is in the folder music of your user folder, in the subfolder iTunes , as described here

  For Windows 8, it should be something like \Users\username\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media.  Check this folder to see if your songs and other media files to iTunes are there.  They are organized in subfolders by media type, artist, and album.  If you find them, you can add them to your current empty iTunes library.  No need to unload files of songs from iPod.

  NOTE: If you find your iTunes media files AND if you do regular backups of your data (including your iTunes data) user, please post back.  You may be able to restore your file iTunes Library.itl since your last backup.  Depending on how old your backup, it's perhaps best to add your media files to a new iTunes library (because recover you data in support, such as reading lists, notes, play counts, data added, etc.).

  Otherwise you pouvez transfer song from iPod to computer files.  But not using iTunes (with the exception of songs purchased on iTunes Store).  By design, iTunes sync is generally in one direction, from iTunes to iPod library.  However, there are methods and third party utilities that can transfer from iPod to computer.  If you do an Internet search on something like 'ipod music transfer', you should get a few useful links, including a CNET article on the subject.

• I have Firefox version 34.0.5. All my favorites are gone and I can't add new bookmarks. The 'library' is empty. Help!

  Tried to restore a bookmarks file (I have a dozen), but I get the message "failed to process the backup file". By clicking on the 'star' to add a new bookmark seems to work until I click "Show all bookmarks" which reveals a still empty library. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

  You can check for problems with the database places.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder.

• Media Player is no longer locate the music files. The library is empty.

  I have the media player 11 and it worked very well.  One day I opened it and there was no music in the library.  I tried to manually add folders to watch. Whenever I do, the next time I open it, the Analyzer of files is empty.  As if I never said what to monitor.  I uninstalled the media player 11 and re-installed, it still does not work.  He'll play a song or a movie that I click on my music folder, simply to keep in the library.

• In Windows Explorer, the folder in my library is empty

  We do not use McAfee on our PC but when Oracle updates Java (or it's Adobe Flash?) they try and push McAfee in your throat.  Apparently my wife that this happen at least once on his laptop and the library records have disappeared.  The solution I chose was through folder options simply to display hidden directories and files.  It worked like a charm without touching the registry.  It might take a little further by changing the attributes of the folder back library hidden hidden away and restore the original settings of the system folder.

  I just started to use the muse of adobe and the libray widget is empty. I tried to clear the cache of AdobeMuse in %AppData%, as has been suggested by another forum, but didn't work. Please can you help me. I have attached a picture of the empty widget library here.

  Please try to clear your cache of Muse by removing the AdobeMuse of the sub folder location according to your Opertating system:

  • Mac OS: ~/Library/Preferences
  • Windows XP: %APPDATA%\protector.exe
  • Windows 7: %APPDATA%\protector.exe

  If this doesn't resolve the problem, try a new reinstall by uninstalling the first according to the instructions here: http://helpx.adobe.com/muse/kb/uninstall-muse.html

• Use home sharing on iPad if iPad library is empty?

  Hello!

  I would like to use home sharing to listen to music from my iTunes to my iPad (MacBook Pro 2013) library. I have no music, videos or whatever on my iPad. Unfortunately, it seems that the button to access the sharing home from the music application ( here described in the iPhone/iPad) only seems to be available if you have at least one song on the device. Am I missing something or am I seriously have to record a song randomly useless on my iPad just to listen to music using home sharing?

• My iMovie library is empty but huge!

  I am on an iMac 2010 running Yosemite 10.10.5, with 500 GB of memory and iMovie 10.

  I got a message saying that my hard drive was full.   The investigation that I was surprised to find that my iMovie library represents half of my hard drive use.  I've been trawling though questions about the community how iMovie 10 and problems people have been seen and found some good stuff.  As a result, I moved videos using Finder on an external drive.  In iMovie I moved everything out of the iMovie Trash library. Who freed some space, although I fear that the problem of space happen just when I reload the videos in iMovie. After doing all that iMovie library always uses 234 GB of memory and I don't see not what is in it - when I go into iMovie library in iMovie and click on "All clips" there is nothing there.  Finder does not show me what is in the iMovie library, it just tells you how many GB used.

  So I have two questions please:

  1. How will I know what is in my library from iMovie?

  2. How do I, then move elsewhere to free up space on the hard drive?

  To see what is in your iMovie library made a right click on it and select "show the contents of the package.   The "original media files contain raw clips and stills.  Don't change anything in it with the Finder, only using iMovie.

  If you upgraded from iMovie 9 you still have iMovieprojects and imovieevents under records / films.   Any medium of origin in imMvie 9 and 10 iMovie files and libraries is deleted only when the two are deleted.

  iMovie creates a large number of additional files, and whoever does a significant amount of video editing is ultimately what will put their library (ies) on an external drive.

• Image library suddenly empty for wallpapers

  I bought a new computer with Windows 7 home premium, last month.  After transfer of all my photos in the 'Images' folder, I went on 'Customize the Office' to change the desktop wallpaper to a slideshow of all the images.  I simply chose photo library and all my photos have been entered by the dated subfolders they were in (approximately 50 files).

  Today, I noticed that the pictures don't change is no longer on my desktop and when I went to 'Customize the office' I noticed that 'Library' is no longer listed the subfolders that it originally contained.

  I made no changes to my computer since last night when it was working fine.  Why not see subfolders in "photo library?

  I followed the first step easily.  When I chose "Photo library" in the pull down menu in the drop-down list now, I could see the images folder "Samples" (part of the Windows installation, I guess) but I do not see the files that I had placed in the library.

  I decided to split the files in the 'My pictures' folder in the 'pictures' library and paste them into a temporary folder on my desktop.

  I created a new folder in the "My pictures" folder and copied some pictures inside.

  I could see this "Image library" folder when I went to customize the desktop background.

  I have re-inserted records many of photo in the "My pictures" folder in the "image library" (their original location).

  I was once more able to see all of these individual pictures once more in the customization of the desktop background.

  Restore default simple, then a fast-moving and re-insertion of records seem to do the trick!

  Thank you once again.  I don't know what might cause this except some eccentricity of Windows maybe.  I hope this can help someone else who may have this problem.

• Digital Editions says that the books are loaded on the Kobo and Kobo library is empty.

  Hello, I have a problem loading the content on my Kobo (Aura H2O). Previously, I was able to add books to the library without any problems following the directions online, but it has spontaneously stopped working.

  Location:

  I've loaded onto Adobe Digital Editions on my computer and books (Kobo) authorized device.

  I add the copy of the book to the device.

  When I click on "Kobo eReader" breast Digital Editions, it is said that the books are loaded.

  I eject the eReader.

  There are no books in the library.

  I have already tried:

  Relocation of Digital Editions.

  Re-authorizing the unit

  Button factory reset on the device.

  I called the Kobo helpline, and they referred me to Adobe.

  Any ideas?

  GoTo menu/file/open recent / and make sure you open the catalog, you think that you have done.

  Sounds like you opened/created a new and empty catalog.

  We had to uninstall Illustrator and delete the folder in c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 that was not completely empty after the deiinstallation process.
