  I tried Win 7 64 RC and loved. I bought Windows 7 Pro at Best Buy. It cam with a version for 32 & 64 bit. 64-bit is on new construction. I installed the 32 bit on an old Sony VAIO VGN A170P running XP Pro. This requires pulling and formatting the hard drive.
  I have everything works fine on the laptop and it seems to work better that she did on XP Pro. I love it, I want to keep and I would like to activate the Win 7 32 Pro on the laptop. What I have to buy a new drive and do a reinstall or I can buy an online activation key?
