License transfer instructions are no longer accurate. How can we do it now?

Hi all. The transfer of the current licence for us heading the Customer Support Portal, which seems to be old or dead. The new service portal has chat and forum in option, with no place to send a transfer of license form. What is the current process to send a form to transfer license of older Creative Suite products? Thank you!

Ok. Cat finally got back and seems to be the right way to do it. I recommend Adobe updates the form with the links and instructions, because the process did not inspire confidence. Thanks for your help!

    Here's how it works: you can change your Apple ID email address and your content will move you to your new email address using the same Apple ID. An identifier Apple can not be combined with the ID or another address, it will survive as its own Apple ID yes I know I content purchased under more than one Apple ID and am stuck with it also.

    We would like to get some more information from you to help solve your problem. You better, please answer the following questions.

    ·         When was the last time it worked?

    ·         Remember to make changes to the computer recently?

    ·         You have security software installed on the computer?

    ·         You get the error message?

    When you open the tab automatic updates in the control panel or My Computer property sheet, all options of configuration of the automatic updates may be grayed out. This happens due to one of the following reasons:

    1. You are not logged as administrator (or equivalent)
    2. Strategy of automatic updates is enabled
    3. Automatic updates (and Windows Update) access is blocked by group policy

    The options available for automatic updates.

    You must make some changes in the windows registry.

    Important: this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly.     Use the effects... Decrease brightness / contrast down.

    Here are the steps to change all the clips on the timeline in a batch.

    Drag all the clips on the timeline... switch to... See the table of Storyboard.

    Reach... Edition / select all, or select an element and type... CTRL + A...

    Make a right click the effect you want to add and choose... Add to storyboard table.

    You can add up to 6 cases of an effect, but you need to left click
    a clip and "select all"... or type... Time of .ach Ctrl + A...

    It may take a little practice to master this, but it's easy once you see
    what he can do.

    Follow the steps below to set the desktop background and select the image to fit the display screen

    1. open the wallpaper by clicking on the Start button , by clicking on Control Panel, appearance and personalization, personalization, and then clicking desktop wallpaper.

    2 click on the image or color you want for your background.

    If the image you want to use is not in the list of background images to display, click the location of the image downwards arrow to view other categories, or click Browse to find the picture on your computer. When you find the image of your choice, double-click it. It will become your desktop wallpaper and appear in the list of desktop backgrounds.

    3. under how the image must be positioned, choose to have the picture fit the screen, tile, or be centered on the screen and then click OK, you can choose here to adapt to the screen.

    Right click on the desktop and click on views and there should be three options for selecting the size of the icons.  If they are too big, choose one of the smaller options and see if it suits you better.
