  After uninistalling cc, you should vacuum by the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems, restart your computer and then install cs6.

  you might try starting the vacuum now (to clean the cc) after installing cs6 to see if that helps.

  Open your problematic cs6 programs, and then click Help > activate.

I have disconnected and connected as a student and verified that I could start one of the applications, InDesign, without being prompted to activate the license again.   I can't respond directly to this question, but a part of your problem may be that CS6 has not been and will not be updated to be compatible with this operating system... so you will never have this old software works correctly with your new operating system
