Lightroom 6 subscription expires

I bought the Adobe Lightroom CC & 6.0 install DVD, as the subscription package no CC, priced at $149.95.

I went to the Manager of the subscription and registered the purchased serial number contained in the package of Lightroom 6 DVD


Now, I constantly get the following subscription reminder message:

Our records indicate that there has been no payment method associated to this subscription account. Go to the Subscription Manager and provide the required payment information to renew your membership for the creative cloud and continue to use your product without interruption.


I'm now up to three days before Lightroom stops working. I don't want to stop using Lightroom 6. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM QUITE SERIOUS?

  • Lightroom version desktop and mobile says my subscription expired

    Recently, I upgraded accession to full membership of photography and plan of Single-App for Illustrator creative cloud.

    Today, after I opened the application from mobile Lightroom, I got message that subscription expired as you can see in my attachment.

    Thus, my desktop version also had the same message;

    Last week until I upgraded my membership, it worked fine.

  • Get rid of the text "Lightroom mobile trial expiration.

    I upgraded to Lightroom 6 when it came out but opted for the no-subscription¹ model.

    Now I used this for a while, the mobile text of lightroom at the top left of my screen (on OS X) changed to say "Lightroom mobile trial expiration" and I guess that if I don't do something on that I have to live with it forever. Is it possible to disable this option?

    The upper left part of your Lightroom workspace is called the identity plate. If you hover your mouse over this area, you will see a little arrow pointing down. Click on this arrow down and pause or stop mobile synchronization. After you do this, you won't see this message.

    If fire power module ("sfr") is more associated with a current license, policies applied by the management centre Firesight (CMF) will have no effect and you will not update in the event logs. FMC will warn you that your license (s) is expired assuming that you have a properly applied health strategy.

    The ASA base will continue to operate as usual. The redirection of traffic through service in the sfr module strategy will be largely ineffective.

    Unknown technical difficulties, my programs all the reports start my subscription as expiring within 14 days. It was 7 days ago and even with several cats with Adobe support and promises that it will be fixed, nothing has changed. Hope it will, but at this point, I'm more curious to know if Adobe has any backup for situations when technical difficulties can be resolved quickly

  • Impossible to use Photoshop more than a month now! "Subscription expired".

    Well, I waited over a month for a fix from Adobe. Whenever I try to open Photoshop from the creative cloud Launcher, I get a message saying "Subscription expired", and he wants me to renew. The problem is my membership has not expired! I bought the plan 1 year in August last of 2015. I've been emailing support every week, sometimes several times a week, and the only thing I get is "our dedicated team working on a fix. In the meantime, I am unable to use the software I paid for!

    So tell me again why cloud software is superior if it takes long for a fix will be released? This is EXACTLY the reason why I hesitated to buy Creative Cloud. I've certainly will conduct the review to renew my purchase when the time comes because this is unacceptable!

  • Message "Lightroom trial mobile expir├⌐" appeared on the screen

    Initially, I downloaded the version of cloud of Lightroom.  After a few days, I decided that the stand-alone version is not enough for my work, and so I bought a version of Lightroom 6 Mac from Amazon.

    Before that I downloaded and installed the version purchased, I removed the trial (using CleanMyMac 3 utility).  Then I advanced and installed the purchased standalone - smooth steps.

    Excited, I copied a lot of pictures of Mac photo - also a smooth step library (followed some tips suggested by the Forum.)

    However, quickly pops up a message "Lightroom mobile test expired ' on the right corner of the homepage.

    I couldn't find out how to remove the warning message that I'm not a user of the trial more.

    Please help and advise what I need to do steps.

    Click the identity plate in Lightroom. You will be able to see where to pause Lightroom Mobile. Then you will not see this message.

  • Mobile subscription expired

    I got a subscription to CC full edu to a bunch of photo CC and now my mobile LR says "Subscription expired".  Any suggestions?  signing in/out or LR mobile restarting does not help.  From what I can tell, LR Mobile comes with photo CC package.

    After talking to 5 people more than an hour 2 long adobe support chat session that I discovered that my problem was related to something on the end of Adobe and they work on it in the next 72 hours.  So no more need help here. -Thank you.

    Why I get this error message - see screenshot ("Lightroom mobile test expired '). My understanding is that by design 6 Lightroom (unlike Lightroom CC) does not include mobile access to the 'Lightroom '.

    Hope there is a way to get rid of this error message. Is 'ugly' in yellow against the "grey" theme of the Lightroom user interface.

    There is a small drop-down menu that appears if you move your mouse in the box to the right of the logo "Lightroom 6". If you click on this drop-down menu, you will see an option to «Sync with Lightroom» mobile You can disable mobile Lightroom at that time, and then you should no longer see this message.
